Unique Features And Clinical Application Of "FuQingZhu’s Obstetric And Gynaecology" In Treating Leukorrheal Diseases

Objective:This research are mainly discuss the theoretic system of leukorrheal diseases treatment in Fu Qing Nv Zhu Ke,it expounds the cause,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation ideas,treatment method and prescription using systematically.Discuss and explicate the relatively treating method of leukorrheal diseases from literatures,theories and modern social development.From 5 case analysis,this paper has made a conclusion of this books character to treat the leukorrheal diseases,also,it will make a good instruction to clinic service combined with my tutor professor Zhou Huifang’s clinic experience.Method:The lecture research taking the method of systematic review,make a conclusion from a basic theory and clinical treatment development to leukorrheal diseases in ancient to modern physicians.It research the theory and treatment method from more systemic research and discuss the relationship between leukorrheal diseases and internal organs,relationship between leukorrheal diseases and disfunction of another organs.In modern time,the leukorrheal disease has a solid theory foundation and clinical research.In TCM,the treating methods to leukorrheal diseases has long history and the theory system are improved under the inherit and development.From the clinical functions discussion,we have a conclusion that the leukorrheal diseases are from a kidney disfunction because kidney control the water circulation,it can raising the water and downward the morbid in body.This paper also analysis the discipline of disease syndrome,ideas to treat the disease,prescription using.From the case analysis,this paper enriched the theoretic system in Fu Qing Nv Zhu Ke and tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle method.What’s more,this paper introduced 5 leukorrheal cases with the syndrome of kidney stagnation,spleen deficient,kidney deficient,etc.from Professor Zhou Huifang,they are all take the tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle method.Result:Internal harm to emotional change,living habits,irregular diet and personal constitution is the cause of the leukorrheal diseases;disfunction of organs,abnormal movement of qi is the pathogenesis to lead the dampness causing.After conception meridian injured,belt meridian out of control,leukorrheal diseases will happened.The dampness evil can be divided into internal damp and outer damp,for internal dampness,it originated from spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency,for outer dampness,it invade from the lower part of the body and it always accompanied with internal dampness.It is always good to treat the leukorrheal disease by tonifying kidney and supporting yang,strengthen spleen and removing the dampness,the prescription are Wan Dai decoction with Jin Kui Shen Qi pills;The yellow leukorrheal treating should from nourishing yin and tonifying kidney,clearing away heat and removing dampness,the prescription should be Yi Huang decoction and Fu Pen Zi Di Huang pills;The brown leukorrheal treating should nourishing yin and tonifying kidney,supplement blood and dredging liver,the prescription should be Er Jia Di Huang decoction with Qing Gan Zhi Lin decoction;The blue leukorrheal treating should dredging liver and removing depressive,clearing away heat and dry the dampness,the prescription should be Liu Lin Zhu with Jia Wei Xiao Yao powders;The black leukorrheal treating should nourishing yin and tonifying kidney,clearing away heat and dampness,the prescription should be Liu Lin Zhu and Li Huo decoction.Conclusion:According to patients constitution and outer factors,it will have a good functions to choose the best prescription with the tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle method and combined the theory Fu Qing Zhu Nv Ke theory,also,it can reduce the recurrent of the disease.The treating courses should be with two courses and it will have a good effect.It will change and improve the qi and blood cyclical change rhythm,avoid the dampness get into the body if the body is too weak.This paper’ s aim are enrich the method of tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle combined the theory to treat leukorrheal diseases in Fu Qing Nv Zhu Ke.What’s more,it will have a function to guild a clinical treatment to leukorrheal diseases.
