Observation Of Treatment Of Hysteromyoma Combined With Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands Based On Method Of Kidney Reinforcing And Menstrual Cycle-regulating

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy in hysteromyoma combined with proliferation of breast disease and its possible mechanism, with hysteromyoma size, gynecological examinations, menstruation and mammary glands change as the main outcome. Through systemic and strict clinical observation and research, we try to search new effective method in the therapy of hysteromyoma combined with proliferation of breast disease.Methods:Fifty recruited patients were randomly into 2 groups. Thirty patients in the treatment group received kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy, while 20 cases of control group were given guizhi poria cocos capsule treatment. The TCM symptoms changes before and after three treatment(A menstrual cycles for a period of treatment) were observed. The clinical efficacy were assessed after statistical processing.Results:Through the clinical observation and statistic processing, This study demonstrated that both kidney reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating and guizhi poria cocos capsule can treat hysteromyoma combined with proliferation of breast disease, relieving menstrual disorder,breast pain. Symptoms healed rate, significant efficiency, efficient, the total effective were 13.3%, 53.3%,26.7% and 93.3% in treatment group,5%,10%,60% and 75% in the control group. The differences between two groups were statistically significant, and the effect in treatment group was better than that of control group, the rank and inspection P<0.05.In the treatment of uterine fibroids,3 cases in treatment group healed, powerfully 4 cases, effective 4 cases, total effectiveness 33.6%; The control group healed in one, powerfully in 2 cases, effective in 2 cases, total effectiveness 25%. The Rank test showed no differences in curative effect in treating uterine fibroids, which demonstrated that both two groups have certain curative effect. In the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia, The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 100%.90% respectively. Both groups have distinct therapeutic effect in treating proliferation of breast disease, the rank and inspection P>0.05.Conclusion:The application of kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy in hysteromyoma combined with proliferation of breast disease could alleviate the clinical symptoms, inhibit the growth of uterine fibroids, treat the disease of mammary gland hyperplasia effectively.
