| Objective: To study the effect of Shuxin Pingxue Gong on sleep disorders of College students,and to explore the mechanism of Shuxin Pingxue Gong on sleep improvement,so as to provide a practical non-drug treatment for college students with sleep disorders.At the same time,the research field of Shuxin Pingxue Gong should be broadened to contribute to the promotion of Shuxin Pingxue Gong.Research methods: Using the experimental method,30 students with sleep disorders were recruited from the Department of Physical Education in Beijing University of Physical Education.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale was used to select 30 students who had PSQI ≥7 and volunteered to participate in the test.The subjects were divided into experimental group and control group with similar gender,age and PSQI index according to the method of equidistant sampling,with 15 students in each group.The experimental group was given Shuxin Pingxue Gong exercise,while the control group was given jogging exercise for 12 weeks.The changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were observed and recorded before and 12 weeks after the intervention.The results showed that:(1)After 12 weeks of intervention,the sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction factors of PSQI in the experimental group decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences in sleep time and daytime dysfunction(P < 0.01).The total scores of PSQI and Pittsburgh sleep quality in the control group were significantly different(P <0.01),but there were no significant differences in other factors(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,there was only one significant difference in daytime dysfunction(P < 0.05),and no significant difference in other factors(P > 0.05).A kind of(2)The results of psychological indicators showed that after 12 weeks of intervention,there were significant differences in depression and anxiety indicators between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference in anxiety indicators(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in depression and anxiety index between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).Research conclusions:(1)12 weeks Shuxin Pingxue Gong can improve sleep quality of college students with sleep disorders,and it has better effect in reducing daytime function damage than jogging.(2)The 12-week Shuxin Pingxue Gong exercise can significantly improve the psychological symptoms of college students with sleep disorders,thereby improving the quality of sleep.(3)Shuxin Pingxue Gong can improve the sleep quality of college students with sleep disorders,and also improve the state of depression and anxiety.The interaction of the two can help improve the sleep quality of College students.Suggestions: Shuxin Pingxue Gong can be used as a routine exercise method to become a tertiary preventive measure for college students with sleep disorders.It is suggested that it be vigorously promoted in Colleges and universities. |
