Taking a total of 12 pregnant women in Jilin Provincial Women's and Children's Health Hospital as the research object, through the collection and analysis of data on foot pressure at the time of walking, the ideal gait of pregnant women in the middle and late stages of pregnancy was rationalized. At the same time,it also makes a supplement and improvement to the statistics of the pregnant women's foot pressure. Objective: To collect data on the foot pressure of pregnant women in the middle and late stages of pregnancy under natural walking posture, and to study the gait changes in middle and late stage of pregnancy by combining the results with the knowledge of exercise biomechanics. Methods: 12 healthy and tracking test in pregnancy mid to late pregnant women(14 to 37 weeks)with Footscan ? plantar pressure test slabs their normal walking double bottom pressure parameters to fully record, through flat with test Software Footscan Software 7.0 and excel and SPSS 22.0 Software for sorting and analyzing the collected data. Results: during the second trimester to the third trimester of pregnancy,(1)the peak pressure of the third and fourth metatarsal bone of the left foot, the middle part of the foot and the medial side of the heel, and the middle part of the right foot and the medial side of the heel were significantly increased, and the peak pressure of the second metatarsal bone of the right foot was significantly decreased. The ground contact area of the first metatarsal bone of the left foot, the middle foot and the medial heel of the foot, and the first metatarsal bone of the right foot, the third metatarsal bone and the middle foot were significantly increased; The left foot first and second metatarsal bone and right foot first and second metatarsal bone and heel lateral peak pressure significantly increased, left fully with medial and right fully middle peak pressure significantly reduced;(3)The first metatarsal bone of the left foot, the second metatarsal bone and the inner side of the foot heel and the first metatarsal bone of the right foot, the second metatarsal bone, the middle part of the foot and the inner and outer side of the foot heel received impulse significantly increased;(4)Slow down the pace;Left full bottom pressure center line gradually to the outside of the foot axis, right full bottom pressure center line to the foot axis near. Conclusions and recommendations: Since the maximum peak pressure of the soles of the feet of pregnant women in late pregnancy is shifted from the forefoot to the middle foot and the heel, the maximum pressure of the soles of the feet is mainly concentrated in the second and third metatarsal bones and the heel regions. At the same time, the maximum amount of bipedal impulse is concentrated in the second and third metatarsal regions. Therefore, pregnant women should pay attention to avoiding the phenomenon of foot overturning when they are walking. If they have already experienced a tendency of foot overturning while walking,In order to reduce the risk of a pregnant woman falling, the anterior and posterior tibia muscles of the tibia should be properly stretched within the range that the pregnant woman can bear.At the same time, shoes should be selected when the shoes are selected. The soles of shoes should be relatively gentle and supportive.Good.The maximum area of the bipedal contact area is concentrated in the middle section of the foot, which is the arch part.According to the changes in the pressure centerlines of the left and right foot soles, combined with the widening of the pelvis and weight gain associated with foot edema in pregnant women in late pregnancy, pregnant women in late pregnancy should increase the body's stability by shortening the pace and slowing down the pace when walking.,At the same time, walking time should be reduced to avoid excessive fatigue on the bottom of the foot and increase the risk of fall.
