Research On The Equity Of Urban And Rural Residents Basic Medical Insurance

At present,China is in an important period of the 13 th five-year plan.Urban and rural residents basic medical insurance is an important part of the social security system.In order to achieve economic and social development,it is necessary to promote the continuous development and improvement of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance.Like everything else,urban and rural residents basic medical insurance is a process from birth to maturity,and it is a continuous development realized in exploration.Since its inception,many problems have emerged in the development of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance.Due to its inherent nature and characteristics,most of them are related to equity.In this study,the equity of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance was studied according to the logic thinking of raising,analyzing and solving problems.First of all,this research has carried on the induction analysis to the content of medical insurance equity from equity of insurance participating,equity of medical insurance services,equity of medica insurance services providing,equity of medica insurance services using,and equity of financing and benefit four aspects,taking the theoriy of fairness and justice,public goods and welfare economics as the theoretical basis,and taking the form of questionnaire to ask expert opinions,building up the evaluation index system.After that,questionnaires were sent out in jinan to collect the public’s evaluation of the equity issue,and the corresponding data were obtained from the perspective of the audience.Moreover,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to process and analyze the data to obtain the evaluation results.Finally,this research proposes a series of feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the equity problems reflected in the empirical results.This research evaluates the research topic from the perspective of audience perception.Based on the evaluation results,this research puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as the reform of household registration system,the expansion of insurance coverage,the increase of economic input,and the strengthening of supervision and management,from the four aspects of equity of insurance participating,equity of medical insurance services,equity of medica insurance services providing,equity of medica insurance services using,and equity of financing and benefit.The ultimate goal of this research is to promote the improvement of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance in China,promote the establishment of social concept of medical insurance equality,and promote social development.
