The Study On The Equity Of The Basic Medical Insurance Of Urban Employees

To acquire the basic medical service fairly is an essential right to all our citizens.as a useful channel to attain medical service ,medical insurance helps realize the right. The equity of the fundamental medical insurance means that the treatment and range of medical insurance that residents have neither depend on wealthy or ability to pay,but the basic requirement level. The basic medical insurance of urban employees has achieved great success. But during the exploration,we will encounter many problems,most of which have something to do with equity.When we solve these problems,We are also perfecting the fundamental medical insurance system of urban employee.In this paper,firstly,it describes the definition of the equity and the definition of the equity of fundamental medical insurance.Then,it introduce the theory of just assignment. All these make the qualitative analysis.Nxetly,through presenting the current situation,it tells us the distance from inequity to equity in theory.This is called quantitative analysis.In order to explore deep,it also analyses the reasons.Lastly,the paper gives some countermeasures including abstract and concrete ones.
