Clinical Study Of Compoun Panax Japonicus Tablets Combined With Celecoxib Capsules In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of celecoxib capsules combined with compound panax japonicus tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods In this randomized controlled study,the cases with knee osteoart hritiswas were selected between December 2017 and September 2018.66 patie nts were randomly given celecoxib capsule(0.2g/time,once a day)or compoun d panax japonicus tablets(3 tablets/time,3 times a day)or combined oral cele coxib capsules(0.2g/time,once a day)and compound panax japonicus tablets(3 tablets/time,3 times a day).Recording the Score of joint pain and joint fun ction before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,res pectively.The differences of each groups before and after treatment were comp ared.The difference among three group at different time and between groups a t different time points were compared.The pain Score was referred to Visual Analogue Score(VAS).The articular function score was referred to the Western Ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC).Serum COMP levels were detected at the same time before treatment,2 weeksand 4 wee ks after treatment.Using the same method to compare the differences of each group before treatment and after treatment.Than,compared the difference amo ng three group at different time.Results There were 66 patients,including 28 males and 38 females.The result of the comparison among the three groups in terms of time of age shows that the differences have no statistical significance.There was no significant difference in terms of VAS scores,WOMAC scores and serum COMP content among groups before treatment.The result of the comparison between the panax japonicus group and the celecoxib group in terms of VAS at the second week and fourth week after treatment shows that the differences have no statistical significance.There was a significant difference between the panax japonicus group and the combined treatment group,and there was a significant difference between the celecoxib group and thecombined group too.The result of the comparison between the panax japonicus group and the celecoxib group in terms of WOMAC at the second week after treatment shows that the differences have no statistical significance.There was a significant difference between the celecoxib group and the combined treatment group,and there was a significant difference between the combined group and panax japonicus group.At the fourth week after treatment,There was no significant difference between the compound panax japonicus group and the celecoxib group.There was a significant difference between the panax japonicus group and the combined treatment group,and there was a significant difference between the celecoxib group and the combined group.The result of the comparison between the panax japonicus group and the celecoxib group in terms of COMP at the second week after treatment shows that the differences have no statistical significance.And there was a significant difference between the celecoxib group and the combined treatment group,and there was a significant difference between the panax japonicus groups and the combined treatment group.At the 4th week after treatment,there was no significant difference between the panax japonicus group and the celecoxib group.There was a significant difference between the celecoxib group and the combined treatment group.There was a significant difference between the panax japonicus groups and the combined treatment group.Conclusion After treatment,the symptoms of knee joint pain and mobility limitation were alleviated,and the serum COMP content was decreased.There are great differences between single therapy and combined therapy.Therefore,celecoxib capsule and compound panax japonicustablets has a reliable effect on knee joint pain symptoms in 4 weeks,but the effect of compound panax japo nicus combined with celecoxib on knee osteoarthritis is more obvious than that of celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
