Purposes: Successful aging is the result of combination of genetic factors,environmental factors.This study selected the elderly population over 80 years old in a community of Beijing as the research object,focused on the angiotensin converting enzyme gene I/D polymorphism,closely relate to the incidence of cardiovascular disease,and lifestyle to explore possible correlations between these factors and the elderly's health status.Through the research on interaction between genetic factors and environmental factors to seek effective health intervention mechanisms to promote successful aging.Method: Used handy sampling to select 100 elderly people in community of university,used general data questionnaire,ADL,MMSE,PSQI and SF-36 scale,biochemical methods to detect ACE gene I / D polymorphism and biochemical indicators and used Excel and SPSS 21.0 to enter data and analyze the data.Result:(1)The successful aging conformity rate of the dimensional model of this group is 38%,and the successful aging rate of the classic model evaluation is 68%.This is a large difference between two evaluation models.This is no significant difference in the rate of successful aging between the D allele's population and the I allele's population.Physical activity and wine are the influence factors of successful aging.(2)There are 80 persons who have completed the collection of lipid metabolism indicators,the detection rates of overweight/obesity,hyperglycemia,hypertension and dyslipidemia in the sample are 46.25%,23.75%,22.5%,and 32.5%.The value of CHO of ACE gene DD type population are more distributed in Q75% section,the value of HDL are more distributed in the Q25% section,and the value of LDL are more distributed in Q75% section.(3)The quality of sleep of this elderly group is poor,the incidence rate of sleep disorders is 25%.There are significant differences in the ACE gene DD type and ID/II type in the daytime dysfunction,but this difference in total sleep quality score is not significant.There is significant difference in sleep quality score between SA group and UA group.The worse the quality of sleep,the lower the scores of life quality.There is a significant difference in the incidence of sleep disorders and life quality between the high physical activity group and the low and medium physical activity group.Conclusion:(1)The dimensional model is more difficult to achieve than the classical model,puts more stricter requirements on the disease state and social function.In this sample,external environmental factors(lifestyle,behavioral patterns)have an increased influence on SA,and the influence of intrinsic ACE gene I/D polymorphism is weakened.A good lifestyle will cover the micro-effect of genes.(2)ACE gene DD type population may have greater risk of cardiovascular disease.Interval blood glucose and lipid indicators are highly susceptible to changes due to external changes,and the results of bio-markers should be interpreted with caution,because they may be affected by factors such as genetic characteristics,disease,and concurrent drugs.(3)The quality of sleep plays a certain role in the successful aging of the elderly,but there is no significant difference in the sleep quality scores of different ACE gene genotype.The level of physical activity is positively correlated with sleep quality and quality of life.
