| Background and purposeTo analyze the efficacy and safety of small doses prednisone combined with mycophenolate mofetil and ARB combined with tripterygium wilfordii in patients with primary IgA nephropathy with mild to moderate renal impairment.MethodRetrospectively included in our center from June 2012 to August 2018,renal biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of primary IgA nephropathy and met 30ml-1min-1??1.73?m2?-1?GFR<90ml-11 min-1??1.73?m2?-11 59 patients with proteinuria>1.0g/d,including 36 patients treated with low-dose prednisone+MMF,23 patients were treated with ARB+tripterygium wilfordii,and the two groups were case control group.The incidence of renal disease remission,complications and drug side effects were observed in the three groups of patients at 3 months,6 months and 9months.ResultAt 3 months of treatment,low-dose prednisone+MMF group,24h urine protein quantitation was not statistically significant compared with baseline?P=0.553?,with treatment lengthening,at 6 months and 9 months,24h urine The protein quantification was statistically significant compared with the baseline?all P<0.01?.At 3 months of treatment,l ARB+tripterygium wilfordii group,24h urine protein quantitation was statistically significant compared with baseline?P=0.553?,at 6 months and 9 months,24h urine The protein quantification was not statistically significant compared with the baseline?all P>0.05?.There were no significant differences in serum creatinine levels between the two groups at baseline,3 months,6 months,and 9 months?both P>0.05?,suggesting a stable renal function during treatment.ConclusionLow-dose prednisone combined with MMF has better control of proteinuria in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with mild to moderate renal injury,and renal function is more stable;some patients may have elevated blood glucose,lungs Infection,attention to monitoring peripheral blood lymphocyte counts and prophylactic use of sulfa drugs and immune-enhancing drugs is critical. |
