| Objective Zhuang Autonomous Region of Guangxi is a province with a relatively serious AIDS epidemic in China. The purpose of this study is to understand the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Nanning at different times, ages, populations, and regions. At the same time, the spatial epidemiology is used to understand the spatial distribution of HIV/AIDS reporting rates, spatial autocorrelation and spatial statistics during the six years from 2012 to 2017 in Nanning, provide a certain scientific theoretical guidance for Nanning City HIV/AIDS prevention and control countermeasures and the rational planning of prevention and control of the allocation of resources.Method The data from this study comes from the Nanning City Center for Disease Control and Prevention. It is divided into two parts for analysis and research: Part I epidemiological studies, using Excel 2016 and SPSS 22.0 software to conduct a statistical analysis of the three distributions of HIV/AIDS report cases. The second part of the spatial analysis research was to use HIV/AIDS reported in 2012-2017 in Nanning as the research object, and in Nanning as the research area, apply Arc GIS 10.2 to draw the thematic map of HIV/AIDS reporting rate, global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation were used for analysis and exploration. Then Sa TScan 9.2 was used for spatial statistics analysis and visual presentation with GIS.Result1.From 2012 to 2017,the reporting rate of HIV/AIDS in Nanning generally showed a declining trend, but the fluctuation during the six-year.The number of newly reported HIV/AIDS cases was 8778 cases, and the average annual report rate was 19.88/100,000,the annual reporting rate of AIDS/HIV was: 21.54/100,000,21.71/100,000,18.71/100,000,19.35/100,000,18.53/100,000 and 19.54/100,000 respectively.2.From the time perspective, the month with the highest number of HIV/AIDS reports was March. From the perspective of gender distribution, from 2012 to 2017,the number of new cases of HIV/AIDS reported in Nanning City was significantly higher than that of women. The gender ratio was 2.84.The new report rate of men was also significantly higher than that of women. The average annual report rate of men was 28.15/100,000,the average annual report rate for women is 10.88 per 100,000.The risk of male morbidity in 2012-2017 was 2.484 times,2.507 times,2.831 times,2.523 times,2.692 times,2.546 times, and 2.587 times of women respectively. The risk difference between men and women in 2016 was the largest. In 2012,the risk difference between men and women was the smallest. In terms of age distribution, age group 20-79 years old is the main age group for HIV/AIDS,of which six years 0-9 age group has the least number of newly reported cases, and 60-69 age group has the most new cases reported. In terms of occupational distribution, the top five occupations among HIV/AIDS patients in Nanning are: farmers, household and unemployed, retired workers, business services, and workers. From the perspective of regional distribution, the highest reporting rate is Xixiangtang District, with an average reporting rate of 30.85 per 100,000.The lowest reporting rate is in Suining District, with an average reporting rate of 7.88 per 100,000.The six-year average reporting rate exceeded the average reporting rate in Nanning: Xingning District,Qingxiu District,Longan County,Jiangnan District, and Hengxian County.3.From the 2012-2017 HIV/AIDS report rate map,it can be seen that the highest reported HIV/AIDS rates in Nanning are Xixiangtang,Xingning and Hengxian.4.From the Moran scatter plot of the HIV/AIDS reporting rate in Nanning,2012-2017,we can see that the regional distribution does not have spatial aggregation but is randomly distributed.5.From the LISA analysis chart for the HIV/AIDS reporting rate in Nanning,2012-2017,it can be seen that there are statistically significant regions in 2012-2017.There is one high-high area in 2012;one low-high area in 2013;one high-high area in 2014;one high-high area in 2015;two areas in 2016,one high-high and one low-low area;in 2017 there are 3 areas, two high-high areas, and one low-low area;in the six-year overall situation there is a high-high area.6.From the 2012-2017 Nanning City HIV/AIDS report rate spatial scanning cluster analysis chart,we can see that the regions most likely to be clustered in 2012 are Longan County and Xixiangtang District;the regions most likely to be clustered in 2013 are Hengxian County,Binyang County, and Qingxiu District;the areas most likely to be clustered in 2014 are Longan County and Xixiangtang District;the area most likely to be clustered in 2015 is Longan County,Xixiangtang District;the most likely areas for aggregation in 2016 are Xixiangtang District and Jiangnan District;the most likely area for aggregation in 2017 is Xixiangtang District. In 2012-2017,the high-income report gathering areas in different years all included Xixiangtang District, indicating that the Xixiangtang District is an important area of concern for HIV/AIDS prevention and control.Conclusion1.The month with the highest number of HIV/AIDS reports was in March;the male reporting rate was higher than that of women with a sex ratio of 2.84;the age group of 20-79 years was the main focus of HIV/AIDS;the top five occupations for the number of reported cases are: farmers, household and unemployed, retired workers, business services, and workers.2.The average annual report rate of Nanning is 19.88 per 100,000.The average report rate in Nanning over the average reporting rate of Nanning is: Xingning District,Qingxiu District,Longan County,Jiangnan District and Hengxian County.3.From the results of Moran scatter plot and local autocorrelation of HIV/AIDS reporting rate in Nanning City in 2012-2017,the regional distribution does not have spatial aggregation but is randomly distributed,Xixiangtang District is a high-high concentration area.4.From the 2012-2017 Nanning City HIV/AIDS report rate spatial scanning cluster analysis chart,we can see that the most likely area for aggregation is Xixiangtang District. |
