| Objective: To observe the efficacy of Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction combined with triple therapy in improving clinical symptoms,comprehensive efficacy,eradication rate,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for chronic gastritis associated with spleen-stomach damp-heat type Hp.Methods: From June 2017 to June 2018,74 patients with Hp-related chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach damp-heat type were treated by Professor Gan Aiping of Spleen and Stomach Department in Huaanshan Hospital of Hubei Province.They were randomly divided into Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction treatment group(37 cases)and Western medicine triple control group(37 cases).During the treatment period,one patient in the control group took medicine irregularly and was excluded.In the later follow-up period,2patients failed to contact and were excluded.In the treatment group,one patient quit voluntarily in the middle of the course,and two patients were lost to follow-up in the later stage,and were excluded.Finally,68 cases were effective.The treatment group was treated with Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction combined with standardtriple therapy of Western medicine,while the control group was treated with triple therapy of Western medicine alone.The general information of two groups of patients,the curative effect of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,gastric mucosa under endoscopy before and after treatment,the eradication rate of Hp after treatment,the recurrence rate and adverse reactions during taking medicine were compared.Results1.The total effective rate of Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction was 88.24%in the treatment group and 73.53% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.After treatment,the main symptoms of TCM in the two groups were alleviated.In the symptoms of stomach distension,bitter breath and thirst,the improvement effect of Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance compared with the control group(p< 0.05).The two groups also improved the secondary symptoms of TCM.In terms of nausea and vomiting,stool stickiness and belching symptoms,the treatment group of Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction improved more significantly,compared with the control group,there was a statistical difference(p<0.05).3.The total effective rate of Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction in the treatment group was 88.24%,4cases were ineffective,73.53% in the control group and 9 cases were ineffective.Statistical analysis showed that there were differences between the two groups(p< 0.05).4.One month after the end of treatment,the 14C-breath test was reexamined in the two groups.The effect of Hp eradication in theHuangzhu Qingyou Decoction treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).5.By observing the effect of gastroscopy after 3 months,Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating mucosal inflammation,the results of comparison between the two groups were different(p<0.05).6.The adverse reactions and safety of Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction treatment group were lower than those of the control group.The data of the two groups were statistically different(p<0.05).7.The curative effect of Huangzhu Qingyou Decoction combined with triple therapy on chronic gastritis associated with spleen-stomach damp-heat type Hp is more stable,and the recurrence rate of Hp is lower in a short time.The data of the two groups are statistically different(p<0.05).ConclusionHuangzhu Qingyou Decoction combined with standard triple therapy for chronic gastritis associated with spleen-stomach damp-heat type of Hp has significant effects on the main,secondary integral,curative effect of TCM symptoms,clinical comprehensive curative effect and endoscopic gastric mucosal inflammation,and the recurrence rate of Hp is low in the short term,adverse reactions of patients occur less during medication,high safety,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
