Objective: to study the specific distribution pattern of syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes by analyzing 8syndromes of TCM syndrome.Blood stasis syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, blood stasis syndrome,Blood Stasis Syndrome,Blood Deficiency Syndrome,Blood Deficiency Syndrome,Heart and Kidney Syndrome.Correlation between coronary artery disease and coronary artery diffuse degree is provided as reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and classification.Evaluation and effective treatment of clinical diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: 100 patients with coronary heart disease were diagnosed by coronary angiography. There were 50 cases of type 2 diabetes and 50 cases of non-diabetic coronary heart disease.By using SPSS 17.0 system, the clinical data.Coronary angiography, disease type and disease range of the two groups were analyzed.Result: 1.Age: in two groups of patients, age is generally larger. The age was concentrated between 35 and 80 years old;in type 2 patients.2.The distribution of coronary artery disease in coronary heart disease group with type 2 diabetes mellitus was increased by three lesions, double branch disease, left trunk disease and single branch disease, while in non-diabetic group, coronary artery disease was increased by single branch disease, double branch disease, three branch disease, left main branch disease,The incidence of hyperlipidemia in the diabetic group was significantly higher than that in the non-diabetic group(P<0.05).triple and left major lesions than those without diabetes.3.Distribution of TCM syndromes: the most common among the two groups of cases were block syndrome of heart blood stasis,Gas deficiency syndrome, phlegm blocking pulse syndrome,Qi yin deficiency syndrome.Inthe diabetes group, the syndrome types of TCM increased according to the syndrome of heart blood stasis. The incidence of hyperlipidemia in the diabetic group was significantly higher than that in the non-diabetic group, with a significant difference(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the risk of hypertension(P >0.05).Type 2 diabetes mellitus is more likely to occur twice, triple and left major lesions than those without diabetes.4.Distribution of TCM syndromes: the most common among the two groups of cases were block syndrome of heart blood stasis,Gas deficiency syndrome, phlegm blocking pulse syndrome,Qi yin deficiency syndrome.Qi yin deficiency syndrome. In the diabetic and non-diabetic groups, the number of major coronary lesions was single and three successively.Distribution of TCM syndromes: in the diabetes group, the frequency of each syndrome was heart stasis, phlegm and blood stasis,qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis. In the non-diabetic group, the occurrence rate of the above syndromes was respectively from high to low: > syndrome of blood stasis due to blood stasis,> syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vein,> syndrome of qi Yin deficiency,> syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,> syndrome of Yang qi deficiency.phlegm block and pulse were more than others. There were more non-diabetic coronary heart disease patients with blood stasis obstruction than type 2 diabetes patients. Conclusion: 1.It suggests that hypotension, regulation of blood lipids, hypoglycemia and good living habits are also important links in the treatment of coronary heart disease.2.The number of coronary artery diseases in the diabetic group was much higher than that in the non-diabetic group, and the coronary artery stenosis was much more serious.3.This phenomenon suggests that siltation and turbid phlegm are the most important risk factors for coronary heart disease. The study area is limited.Nor can statistically significant data be obtained.Three, double and left major lesions are morecommon and complicated in patients with type 2 diabetes heart disease. For type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease is more common in medical syndrome. This phenomenon suggests that siltation and turbid phlegm are the most important risk factors for coronary heart disease.
