Methamphetamine abuse jeopardizes both the physical and mental health of the abuser,and often causes severe damage to their family,social and economic.The damage of working memory of methamphetamine abusers has been concerned by drug addicts and psychologists.Meanwhile working memory capacity is an significantly important indicator of working memory.Most of the previous research focused on the memory capacity of speech and space.However,there is few report on working memory capacity of exercise.Moreover,what's worse,methamphetamine abuse can damage basic cognition and social cognition.Both of the extent of damage is still not clear conclusion.It is an effective means to detect the basic cognition and social cognition damage of methamphetamine abuse by measuring the storage capacity of socially meaningful biological motion and abiotic motion in the working memory of the methamphetamine-disinfector.In present study,to examine the working memory capacity which including biological and abiotic of methamphetamine abusers,rectangular motions of socially meaningful character motions and physical meanings are used as test tools.Meanwhile,the study participants included 120 female abstinent methamphetamine abusers who were undertaking compulsory rehabilitation programs as the experimental group,and 120 female misdemeanor crime convicts who were serving the sentence in the prison as the match control group.The present study consists of three sections.In first section,The working memory capacity of the abiotic motion of the methamphetamine abuser was tested.In second section,biological motion working memory capacity methamphetamine abusers to be tested.In third section,investigate the difference in memory capacity between biological and abiotic motion of methamphetamine abusers.The main findings included the following:Compared with female prisoners in prison,the working memory capacity of the female methamphetamine abusers decreased significantly in terms of biological motion,and there was no significant difference in the non-biological motion.This indicates that the long-term use of methamphetamine by females significantly impaired the social cognition ability of the abusers.
