| Objective: The paper discusses the clinical observation of Xiaoyanzhitong Powder in treating Herpes Zoster(HZ)and the experimental research on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Xiaoyanzhitong Powder.The conclusion will provide us with the objective and scientific grounds in treating HZ.Method: the clinical observation:seventy-two patients were randomly divided into two groups(36 patients in the treatment group and others in the control group).The treatment group was given Valacyclovir Hydronchloride Capsules(0.3g/time,2tim-es/day),Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablet(0.5mg/time,3times/day),Gabapentin Capsules(1day:0.1g/time,3times/day;2day:0.2g/day,2times/day;3-10day:0.3g/time,3times/day),as well as control treatment.The treatment group uesd the decotion of Xiaoyanzhito-ng Powder for external application and the control group was given Aciclorvir Cr-eam(4times/day).We finished the treatment in 10 days.In the processing of treatment,we evaluated the feeling of pain and herpes;we calculated the symptom scores a-nd evaluate the curative effect.In the same time,we recorded the untoward effct.When the patient was seen for follow-up visits,we censused postherpetic neuralgia(P HN).the experimental research on anti-inflammatory and annalesic effects:the expertim-ental technique of the glacial acetic acid leads to the mouse writhing ahd xylene to send mouse swelling of ear were used to observe the anti-inflammatory and ana-lgestic effects of Xiaoyanzhitong Powder.Results: the clinical observation:1.Two groups can markedly relieve the feeling of pain(P<0.001);the clinical observation finished,treatment group was better than control group in VSA(P<0.05).Three indexs of pain(initial time of acesodyne effec-4--t,the time of odynolysis 30%,the time of odynolysis totally),treatment group was b-etter than control group(P<0.05).2.About the three indexs of herpes(the time of herpes stopping,the time of escharosis half and the time of desrustation total),treatment group was better than contr-ol group(P<0.05).3.Two groups can relieve every symptom index(P<0.05).However,two groups have no distinction between fever,regional glandular enlargement,the number of herpes,the character of herpes,ulcer and erythema(P>0.05).In the area of herpes,pain,prutitus and scorching hot,treatment group was better than control treatment(P<0.05).4.The treatment group's total effective rate is 91.17%,control treatment total effect-ive rate is 85.29%,treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).5.It makes no difference in postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)(P>0.05).6.The treatment group occured two untoward effcts.However,there isn't untoward ef-fct in control group.the experimental research on anti-inflammatory and annalesic effects:1.Xiaoyanz-hitong Powder in medium dose,high dose have the anti-inalmmatory(campering wi-th blank control group,P<0.05);and the dose has the positive correlation.Xiaoyan-zhitong Powder in high dose has the same function in positive control group(P>0.05).Xiaoyanzhitong Powder in low dose has not anti-inflammatory effects(camper-ing with blank control group,P>0.05).2.Xiaoyanzhitong Powder in medium dose,high dose have the analgesic effects(campering with blank control group,P<0.05);and the dose has the positive correlation.Xiaoyanzhitong Powder in high dose has the same function in positive control group(P>0.05).Xiaoyanzhitong Powder in low dose has not the analgesic effects(campering with blank control group,P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Xiaoyanzhitong Powder has notable curative effect on the treatme-nt of HZ,it can relieve the feeling of pain and herpes.It is worthy using widely in clinical work.2.Xiaoyanzhitong Powder in medium dose,high dose have the anti-inalmmatory and analesic effects;and the dose has the positive correlation. |
