Selfmade Prescription (Rhubarb Catechu Powder) For The Treatment Of Liver Meridian And Heat Stagnation Clinical Observation Of Herpes Zoster

Objective : In this experiment,a randomized controlled method was used to evaluate objectively the clinical effect of rhubarb catechu powder(rhubarb catechu powder)in the treatment of herpes zoster with stagnation of the liver by observing the skin lesions and pain improvement of the patients.Methods : The selected cases were collected from outpatients of Department of Dermatology of Yuncheng Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2016 to November2017.A total of 65 cases were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.33 cases in the test group were treated with external application of rhubarb catechu powder and replaced once a day.The control group(32 cases)was treated with recombinant human interferon ? 2b gel 4 times a day.Both groups were treated with oral acyclovir sustained-release tablets for 9 days.The symptoms and signs of the patients were observed and recorded according to the questionnaire score.Day 9 based on data To evaluate the overall curative effect.If the symptoms were not relieved after 9 days of treatment,the patients were followed up 30 days later to observe the occurrence of residual neuralgia and record the number of cases.Results : aspect of skin lesion regression,the scores of the two groups decreased significantly after 3 days of medication,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group on the sixth day,the ninth day,and the follow-up score.The pain score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group at 3 days,6 days and 9 days after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of pain relief time and pain relief time.In the treatment group,16 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,3 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.In the control group,13 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,and 2 cases were effective.There was no significant difference between the two groups.On the 30 th day after treatment,1 patient in the treatment group developed residual nerve pain,and 6 in the control group.During the trial period,none occurred in the two groups.Have serious adverse reactions.Conclusion : the self-made prescription(rhubarb catechu powder)is superior to recombinant human interferon ?2b gel in the treatment of herpes zoster with stagnation ofliver meridian,especially in the time of pain relief,the time of disappearance and the prevention of residual neuralgia.But from the general curative effect,we can not think that the self-formulated formula(rhubarb catechu powder)is superior to the recombinant human interferon ?2b gel.
