Clinical Observation Of Yishui Jieyou Decoction In Treating Female Delayed Acne

Objective: The purpose of this project is to prove and explore the clinical effect of Yishui Jieyou Decoction in the treatment of female delayed acne,observe the changes of skin lesions,TCM syndromes,serum estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),and progesterone levels before and after treatment,and explore the correlation with depression suppression and anxiety,so as to find an effective,fast,and physical and mental combination method for the clinical treatment of female delayed acne.Methods: 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups by random and single blind methods,35 patients in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group.Taking 4 weeks as observation time,the treatment group was given Yishui Jieyou decoction for oral administration,while the control group was given Danshentong capsule for oral administration.The skin lesion score,TCM syndrome,serum estradiol(E2)index,serum testosterone(T)index,serum progesterone(P index and anxiety scale score,depression scale score before and after treatment and the comparison between the two groups were observed.Results:(1)total effective rate: the treatment group was 85.3%,the control group was 69.7%,the treatment group was higher than the control group(p < 0.05).(2)skin lesion symptoms:both groups can be clearly and slowly relieved,and the curative effect of the treatment group is obviously better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).(3)syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine: both groups of drugs can reduce light weight,and the treatment group is better than the contrast group(p < 0.05).(4)serum estradiol: both drugs can be increased,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(p <0.05).(5)serum testosterone: the drugs in both groups can be reduced,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).(6)serum progesterone:there was no significant use of drugs in both groups,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05).(7)anxiety score: the treatment group can reduce the score,but the control group has no obvious effect.the curative effect of the treatment group is significantly greater than that of the control group(p < 0.05).(8)depression score: the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p < 0.05).(9)The severity of skin lesions is positively correlated with anxiety and depression.Conclusion: Yishui Jieyou Decoction has a satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of female delayed acne,which is obviously better than that of the control group.It can regulate the levels of serum testosterone and estradiol,and has certain effect on improving anxiety and depression of patients.
