Clinical Observation On Yishui Shumu Decoction In Treating Post-Adolescent Acne In Women With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Yishui Shumu Decoction in treating post-adolescent Acne in women with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,the safety and action mechanism of Yishui Shumu Decoction in treating post-adolescent acne in women with late puberty was investigated.Method:Using a randomized,controlled method,the random number generated by SPSS 26.0 divided 72 female patients with post-adolescent acne who met the inclusion criteria into a treatment group and a control group.Oral tanshinone capsules were given.Both groups were treated with clindamycin phosphate gel topically for a total of 4 weeks and followed up for 2 weeks.At each observation point(weeks 0,2,4,and 6),the GAGS score,clinical symptom score,TCM syndrome score,and quality of life index of the two groups of patients were recorded,and adverse events and recurrences during the trial were recorded.Results were analyzed using SPSS26.0 statistical software.Result:1.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.50%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 72.73%.The total effective rate comparison between the two groups was p <0.05,which was statistically significant;the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 7.14%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 29.17%,The recurrence rate comparison between the two groups,p <0.05,which is statistically significant.The two are not only different in value,but also statistically significant.2.Comparison of GAGS score,clinical symptom score,and TCM syndrome score:(1)Comparison between the two groups: The treatment group and control group have improved in GAGS score,clinical symptom score,and TCM syndrome score over time,suggesting that The two groups had better clinical effects in improving skin lesions,clinical symptoms,and syndromes;(2)Comparison between groups: At the second week,the GAGS score,clinical symptoms score,and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were all numerically low.In the control group,but not statistically significant(p> 0.05);(3)At the 4th and 6th weeks,the GAGS score,clinical symptom score,and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Statistical significance(p <0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving skin lesions,clinical symptoms,and TCM syndromes.3.DLQI scores before and after treatment:(1)In terms of DLQI scores before and after treatment,p <0.01,indicating that the two groups of treatment programs have improved patients' quality of life index.(2)At the 4th week,the DLQI scores of the two groups were statistically significant compared with p <0.05,suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving patients' quality of life index.Conclusion:Yishui Shumu Decoction is effective in treating post-adolescent acne in women with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,and it is significantly better than the control group in improving skin lesions,symptoms and syndromes.The treatment method has the characteristics of low recurrence rate,safety and effectiveness,few adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
