Professor Huang Lizhong's Academic Views And Experience Summary In The Treatment Of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: the purpose of this paper is to explore and summarize Professor Huang Lizhong's academic views and clinical experience in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide beneficial ideas and treatment methods for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods: 1.Clinical follow-up :During the visit,we took the gap time of teacher's rest,learn from the teacher and consult the teacher,take notes,think carefully and grasp the clinical opportunity,practice in clinic,discuss and analyse the TCM knowledge of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with the tutor,carefully figure out the teacher's clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas,,record the relevant key points at any time,consult and figure out the puzzled part to communicate with teacher again until thorough understanding so as to deeply understand the teacher's intention;2.Read the literature of the teacher and other doctors about nasopharyngeal carcinoma and related academic articles published by the teacher,,discussing with the teacher and students,carefully understanding the teacher's intention and then make a summary about the experience.3.collection of medical of records:a total of collected from from June 2017 to December 2019,continuous use of Professor Huang Lizhong's Chinese prescription for more than two months,the main symptoms significantly alleviated and the disease control,the review of imaging examination showed that the mass stable or reduced 33 cases.Results:Based on 50 clinical cases collected,33 cases were selected according to the criteria of inclusion and elimination.Through the study of rule of prescription drug use in 33 cases,combined with the relevant literature of Professor Huang Lizhong about cancer treatment,the author focused on the treatise prepared by the tutor himself,and preliminarily sorted out the dialectical thinking of Professor Huang Lizhong's emphasis on regulating the lung and spleen,as well as the famous prescription ofShashenmaidong.Conclusion:Professor Huang Lizhong's pays attention to the treatment of syndrome differentiation,the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,and the characteristics of the syndrome.In addition,we should pay attention to the concept-whole organic.take the whole body as an organic whole,pay attention to the five viscera,the six fu organs are used together,actively treat,and carry on effective mental guidance to the patients,sum up the academic achievements of “nasopharyngeal carcinoma”,”conditioning lung and spleen”,”radiotherapy deafness,activating blood circulation and nourishing qi and yin”,”flexibly using the famous prescription Shashenmaidong”,”cancer committed brain,with comprehensive treatment”and other academic achievements,to provide a new academic point of view for the treatmen of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with traditional Chinese medicine.
