Clinical Experience Of Professor Wen Qinghan's Acupuncture Combined With External Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Herpes Zoster

Objective:By arranging professor Wen Qinghan's clinical case date for treating herps zoster,using modern statistics and date mining methods to study related date.And under the guidance of associate profeeeor Fan Yun,inductive and summary of professor Wen Qinghan's diagnostic experience,treatment experience and characteristic experience in the treatment of herps zoster,in order to fully learn professor Wen Qinghan's academic experience in treating herps zoster,it provide an economical,rapid,safe and effective treatment for clinical of this disease.Method:First adopt the method of literary organization,based on histrorical records as a basic research.Secondly,under the guidance of associate professor Fan Yun,inductively summarize and sort out professor Wen Qinghan's experience,treatment experience and special experience in treating herps zoster.furthermore,Wen Qinghan conducted statistical analysis and analysis of 120 case of herps zoster in the outpatient depart ment from 2005 to 2015.Using Excel2016 to sort out professor Wen Qinghan's information on thetreatment of herps zoster,specifically,the number of people with different syndromes in 120 patients with herps zoster,professor Wen Qinghan's acupuncture treatment of herps zoster(including acupoint name,returning,etc.),number of treatments.Secondly,using SPSS19.0 software,date processing for the acupoints,returing and specific points,and analyse its frequency.Association analysic method:using the Apriori algorithm in SPSS Modelar analysis software,set the support degree and confidence level to analyze the law of acupoint compatibility.Result:Organizing professor Wen Qinghan ' s diagnostic experience,treatment experience and special experience in treating herps zoster,mainly to summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of herps zoster into six kinky,mental fatigue or lack of endowment.The pathogenesis is summarized into five categories:wind evil fire poison,damp heat accumulation,qi stagnation and blood stasis,liver heat and dampness,liver and kidney yin deficiency,the disease is in the liver and gallbladder,closely related to heart,lungs and spleen,most of the disease is evidence and heat syndrome.And divide herps zoster into four syndrome types:liver stagnation type,spleen and dampness type,qi stagnation and blood stasis type and qi deficiency and blood stasis type.the characteristic experience is mainly that herps zoster Can be treated with external treatment such as extenal application in the first,middle and late stages.Ji Desheng snack medicine,which is used to clear away heat and detoxify,reduce swelling and relieve pain,as the basis prescription,depengding on the patient's symptoms,addition and subtraction of drugs into powder for external application.According to the results of statistical analysis and date mining,most of the 120 patients with herps zoster are of the type of liver stagnation and spleen and dampness.The commonly used acupuncture points in the treatment of acupunctur e include AShi,Jia Ji,Zhi Gou,Tai Chong,He Gu,Xing Jian,Yang Ling Quan,Xue Hai,Qi Hai,Guan Yuan,Zu San Li,Yin Ling Quan,Ge Shu,Da Chang Shu such as the main 15 acupoints.In the compatibility of the acupoints,there are mainly five points of AShi,Jia Ji,Zhi Gou,Tai Chong,He Gu,Often appear together,for the treatment of herps zoster,101 patients in the 120 cases after 0-15 treat ments,the effect is obvious.Conclusion:professor Wen Qinghan's clinical efficacy in treating herps zoster,it worth learning and researching and it can provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of this disease.
