Construction Of Quality Evaluation Index System Of Orthopaedic Nurse-led Clinic Based On The Quality Of Structure-Process-Outcome Model

[Objective]The study to build a set of scientific,effective,operable quality evaluation index system reflecting the characteristics of orthopaedic nurse-led clinic,to provide a basis for exploring the quality standard of orthopaedic nurse-led clinic service and a theoretical framework for the quality construction of orthopaedic nurse-led clinic service.[Methods]The study based on the quality of Structure-Process-Outcome model,taking"nurse-led clinic"or"nursing quality","nursing evaluation index"as the key words to carry out the literature research,and initially form the quality evaluation index system of orthopaedic nurse-led clinic service,on the basis of the present situation investigation and semi-structured interviews,to combing the impact orthopaedic nurse-led clinic service quality related factors and the factors affecting the outcome of the patients,through Delphi expert enquiry form quality evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process to set index weight.[Results]The evaluation index system of orthopedic nurse-led clinic service quality constructed in this study includes 3 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 60 third-level indicators.In the study,a total of 16 experts participated in the research according to the selection criteria for letter consultation experts.The effective data collected through the two rounds of letter consultation showed that the effective recovery rates of the two rounds of letter consultation questionnaires were 100%and 94.11%respectively,In this study,the expert authority coefficient of two rounds of correspondence consultation was 0.86475 and 0.86565 respectively,both greater than 0.7,indicating that the results of correspondence consultation were reliable.The Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.176 and 0.224,and the chi-square test P<0.000.The results of ahp show that the weight of factor quality is 0.299015,the weight of link quality is 0.346462,and the weight of terminal quality is 0.354522.The reliability analysis results of the index system in this study showed that the first-level Cronbach's?coefficient was 0.744,the second-level Cronbach's a coefficient was between 0.638 and 0.803,and the third-level Cronbach'sacoefficient was between 0.416 and 0.831,indicating that the evaluation index system have well reliability.[Conclusion]In the study,the quality evaluation index system of orthopaedic nurse-led clinic service was constructed,the first and second level index weights of the quality evaluation index system of orthopaedic nursing outpatient service were set,and the index reliability of each level of the quality evaluation index system of orthopaedic nursing outpatient service was evaluated.The quality evaluation index system reveal the quality improvement direction of orthopedics specialty nursing outpatient service,and provide scientific methods and reference basis for the scientific decision-making of hospital quality management department and nursing managers and reasonable evaluation of specialty nursing outpatient service work,and The quality control of specialized nursing outpatient service is targeted to ensure patient safety.
