The Effect Of Sangxian Antihypertensive Granule On Serum Homocysteine And High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein Of Essential Hypertension Patients Who Was Diagnosed As Kidney Asthenia And Blood Stasis

Objective: To study the effect of Sangxian antihypertensive Granule on SerumHomocysteine and high sensitivity C-reactive Protein of essential hypertension by givingmedicine intervention，who was diagnosed as kidney asthenia and blood stasis.Methods:80cases patients with Essential hypertension were randomly divided intothe control group the experiment group, each group of40cases. The control group wasgiven5mg Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, whose trade name was AnNeiZhen. Theexperiment group was given SangXian antihypertensive granule on the basis of the controlgroup. After4weeks treatment, compare the changes of each group on blood pressurelevel, the Chinese medicine symptom, Hcy and Hs-CRP levels.Results: Compared with the contral group,test group can significantly lowerhypertension patients’ blood pressure levels (P <0.05),Hs-CRP levels (P <0.05), TG,TC, LDL-C levels, and increased HDL-C levels.but they have no significant differencein Hcy.Conclusion：SangXian antihypertensive granule combined with conventional westernmedicine can significantly improve the patients with essential hypertension in Chinesedialectic belongs to the level of blood pressure and kidney blood stasis, improving clinicalsymptoms, regulate blood lipid levels, lower Hs-CRP levels,but has no effect on Hcylevels.
