Objective: To observe the detection of d-dimer and platelet in patients with malignant solid tumor. Methods: We detected and compared with the parameters of platelet?PT?APTT?FIB?d-dimer?neutrophil lymphocytes ratio?platelet lymphocytes ratio and so on in 74 patients with malignant solid tumor and 30 patients in the control group in the department of oncology of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis and processing, and P<0.05 was statistically significant. Results: The d-dimer level and platelet count in the solid tumor group were significantly higher than those in the control group(D-D,P<0.001;PLT,P=0.019).Compared with the control group, the content of FIB was decreased and PT was extended in the solid tumor group, and the difference was statistically significant(PT,P=0.013;FIB,P = 0.024).There was no statisticallysignificant difference in APTT between the solid tumor group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, neutrophil lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet lymphocyte ratio(PLR)were significantly increased in the solid tumor group, with statistically significant differences(P <0.001).Conclusion: In this study, compared with healthy controls,74 patients with solid tumors had d-dimer,platelet count,NLR and PLR increased, which may be associated with the hypercoagulability and excessive inflammatory response state of tumor patients.
