Objective:To explore the related factors that affect the recurrence of venous thromboembolism in malignant solid tumors, and to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of thrombosis in such patients in clinic.Methods:1.A total of 116 patients with malignant solid tumors and venous thrombosis(including single and multiple venous thrombosis)admitted to Shanxi People's Hospital from July 2007 to October 2019 were collected, including 35 males and 81 females.30-85 years old,average(59.95 ± 11.17)years old.According to the number of venous thrombosis, the study subjects were divided into a single venous thrombosis group(68cases)and a venous thrombosis recurrence group(48 cases). The exclusion data of the selected subjects were incomplete,non-solid tumors, patients with acute and chronicinfections, and patients with mental illness.Collect general information and laboratory indicators of the patient, including gender, height, weight, type of venous thrombosis, and general history of the patient's medication history, past history, family history, and other biochemical indicators such as blood routine, coagulation series, liver and kidney function2.Statistical analysis: All data were entered and analyzed using SPSS 22.0.The statistical methods used were: t test;? 2 test,Logistic regression analysis.Results:1.In the univariate analysis, whether deep vein thrombosis with pulmonary embolism,D-dimer concentration, albumin, and body mass index were correlated with venous thrombosis recurrence in tumor patients(P<0.05),There were no statistically significant differences in factors such as gender, age, fibrinogen, tumor type, red blood cell distribution width, white blood cell count, platelet count, and hemoglobin concentration(P>0.05).2.In logistic regression analysis,Simple deep vein thrombosis(without pulmonary embolism)(OR = 6.084,95% CI 1.937-19.104)and high concentration of D-dimer(OR= 1.000,95% CI: 1.000-1.001)were risk factors for venous thrombosis recurrence. The concentration of albumin(OR = 0.863,95% CI 0.770-0.967)was a protective factor for venous thrombosis recurrence. The relationship between tumor type, age, gender, body mass index(P> 0.05)and venous thrombosis recurrence is not clear.Conclusion:1.For patients with malignant solid tumors whose venous thrombosis is simple deep venous thrombosis(without pulmonary embolism),high D-dimer,and low albumin, the risk of venous thrombosis recurrence is higher than that of similar people;2.Regular monitoring of plasma D-dimer and albumin levels in patients withmalignant solid tumors and VTE can help predict venous thrombosis recurrence and provide early intervention.
