A Case Study On Internal Control Of Drug Procurement In LC Hospital

Nowadays,the management of major hospitals attaches great importance to the professional level of doctors.However,insufficient attention is paid to the control of drugs,medical consumables and reagents,which can easily lead to out-of-control drug prices.Therefore,the phenomenon of "difficult access to medical services and expensive medical services" is common,which is of vital importance to people's livelihood.With the reform and opening up,the reform of medical and health services is also proceeding in an orderly way.But the phenomenon of "taking medicine to support medicine" still exists.To ensure the safety and integrity of drugs in hospitals,the internal control system of drug procurement must be strengthened.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the internal control of drug procurement in hospitals.This paper mainly adopts the case study method and literature combination,combined with the field investigation situation and the existing normative system.Based on the comprehensive analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature and in-depth analysis of the internal control system of drug procurement in LC hospital,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the internal control of drug procurement in hospitals.This article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the current research status at home and abroad,the research content and methods,as well as the innovation and deficiency.The second part summarizes the theory of internal control of hospital drug procurement and the main risk points.The third part,taking LC hospital as a case,introduces the basic situation of the hospital and the current situation of internal control of drug procurement,and expounds and analyzes the problems existing in the internal control of drug procurement.The fourth part is the suggestions,that is,on the basis of above analysis,from improving system construction,achieving incompatible duty separation,strengthening the hospital drug procurement budget and purchasing plan of cohesion,establishing a qualified supplier list to carry out the supplier qualification review,strengthening internal supervision mechanism,standardizing the acceptance process and improving the professional competence of the acceptance personnel.In the fifth part,the conclusions of this paper are drawn and the prospect of the future is presented.
