Objective To explore the correlation between time-domain related indexes of heart rate variability(HRV)and the assessment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 201 patients with chronic heart failure hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university from January 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled.According to 1eft ventricular ejection fractions(LVEFs)in patients’ the first reports of cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography,the patients were divided into HFpEF group,HFmrEF group and HFrEF group.Three groups of patients’ ECG activities were automatic analysed for 24 h by the dynamic ECG monitoring and HRV automatic analysis system which made in MedEx Technology company.The time-domain quantitative indexes of HRV were used as evaluation indicators,including SDNN,MSD,SDANN,pNN50,compared the differences in evaluation indicators between the patients of three groups and explored the correlation of evaluation indicators and LVEFs by statistical analysis.Results Compared with SDNN(109.39±24.45),MSD(20.57±8.45),SDANN(114.41±53.71),pNN50(6.31±5.06)in the HFpEF group,the parameters of the HFmrEF group were SDNN(75.04±21.48),MSD(15.29±9.20),SDANN(70.23±29.97),pNN50(3.20±2.73)and the HFrEF group were SDNN(66.43±19.54),MSD(14.92±7.77),SDANN(58.73±19.50),pNN50(2.58±1.98)respectively,which were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with SDNN(75.04±21.48),MSD(15.29±9.20),SDANN(70.23±29.97),pNN50(3.20±2.73)in the HFmrEF group,SDNN(66.43±19.54)in the parameters of the HFrEF group were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),MSD(14.92±7.77),SDANN(58.73±19.50)and pNN50(2.58±1.98)of the HFrEF group were lower but with no statistical difference.The analysis of the time-domain quantitative indexes and LVEFs suggested that the coefficients are 0.652,0.322,0.513,0.313 correspondingly(P<0.05),and the time-domain quantitative indexes and LVEFs had positive correlations,and the time-domain quantitative indexes decreased with the reduction of LVEFs.Conclusion Heart rate variability is decreased with the reduced heart function and have a positive correlation with LVEF in patients with chronic heart failure,the indexes of HRV is of great significance for evaluating the patient’s condition,and SDNN indicators of them have better clinical representative significance.
