With the implement of the internet plus initiative,the construction of hierarchical medical system and the rapid development of internet technology,China's Internet and medical health fields have been deeply integrated.Telemedicine services represented by teleconsulting have become a new means of optimizing resource allocation,promoting hierarchical medical system,solving the problem of difficulties and high expense in medical treatment,and have realized long-distance consultation.The emergence of teleconsulting has made the patient medical treatment model enter a new stage,greatly helping the areas where medical resources are scarce,and promoting the sinking of quality medical resources.However,due to the late start of telemedicine in China,the development is still not perfect,the control system for the quality of teleconsulting is lacking and the evaluation system for the quality of teleconsulting has not yet been formed.Therefore,how to identify the key influencing factors of the quality of service in teleconsulting and how to scientifically evaluate and improve the quality of service in teleconsulting is the most concerned issue for researchers in telemedicine.Based on the previous studies,this thesis combines the characteristics of the quality of service in teleconsulting,and uses the machine learning algorithm to realize the evaluation of the quality of service in teleconsulting and the construction of the optimization model.The main work of this research includes the following three aspects:1.This thesis constructs an initial evaluation system based on the research of the quality of mobile service and medical service,combines with the characteristics of service in teleconsulting.Introduce language evaluation information,calculate the similarity between the evaluation index and the corresponding trapezoidal fuzzy number,and identify the key indicators according to the degree of importance of the indicator.2.The collected data is preprocessed by machine language algorithm,multi-source heterogeneous data is converted into standardized data,based on this,a teleconsulting service quality optimization model based on GA_BP model is constructed.3.Through case studies,the practice data is analyzed and discussed.At the same time,the change trend of the prediction results is observed by the method of controlling variables.According to the change trend and index weight,the direction of service quality optimization is identified,and the optimization strategy is proposed.The research results of this thesis provide reference value for the improvement of teleconsulting service ability,provide theoretical guidance and beneficial enlightenment for the accurate orientation of teleconsulting,and provide new ideas for the research of the quality of service in teleconsulting.
