| Research purposes:In this study,through prospective clinical comparative study,we observed the addition and subtraction of Zhuling Siwu Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine compound based on Chinese yin and blood,Clinical efficacy of cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage with blood pressure.To investigate the mechanism of activating blood circulation and hydrotherapy on cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and to evaluate the role and significance of activating blood circulation and hydrotherapy to treat cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage.Research methods:From April 2017 to January 2018,40 patients who met the inclusion criteria of head and brain treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group Based on the conventional treatment with Western medicine,20%mannitol was used as a dehydration drug.The experimental group was added with the traditional Chinese medicine Zhulingling Decoction under the guidance of the method of activating blood and diuresis on the basis of the control group.To 14 days for a course of treatment,head CT showed brain edema,brain hematoma,neurological deficit score changes(NIHSS score),serum ion levels,peripheral blood leukocyte count,total number of red blood cells,hemoglobin,liver function as the assessment indicators,And statistical analysis of the data obtained and SPSS20.0 software to evaluate the effect of the two treatment options.Research result:1?Before treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in gender,age,NIHSS score and other aspects,the results suggest no significant difference between the various indicators(P>0.05),suggesting that comparable between groups;2?Compared with those before treatment,NIHSS scores of experimental group and control group after treatment were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of two groups of patients were 80%or more,but the test group patients The effective rate was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05).3?The degree of brain edema and the amount of cerebral hemorrhage in patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4?There was no significant difference in serum potassium and serum sodium between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05),indicating no difference in serum potassium and serum sodium before treatment between the two groups Potassium and serum sodium values were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that after treatment between the two groups,serum potassium and sodium differences exist;5?There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of peripheral blood leukocyte count,total number of red blood cells and hemoglobin content after treatment,and the improvement of each observation index in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group.According to the statistical analysis,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).6?There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function tests between the two groups before treatment.There was a significant difference in liver function indexes between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in renal function index between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Research result:1,under the guidance of the method of activating blood and diuresis,the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound Zhuling Siwu Decoction combined with mannitol in treating cerebral edema after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is better,which can improve the clinical curative effect;2,under the guidance of blood circulation and water method,the traditional Chinese medicine compound Ling-Ling Siwu Decoction can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as electrolyte disturbance caused by the use of mannitol;Under the guidance of the method of activating blood and diuresis,the treatment of Hyperactivity Cerebral Hemorrhage with cerebral edema by the compound Chinese medicine Lingling Siwu Tang can significantly reduce the peripheral blood leukocyte count,increase the total number of red blood cells and the amount of hemoglobin,and have a beneficial effect on hematopoietic function;4,under the guidance of the method of invigorating the blood and promoting blood circulation,the traditional Chinese medicine compound Ling-Ling Si Wu Tang combined with mannitol in the treatment of cerebral edema after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has a protective effect on liver and kidney function and is safe and effective in clinical application. |
