Clinical Observation Of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction Combined With Blood-letting Puncture For Treatment Of Sciatica

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined therapy of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction and blood-letting puncture in the treatment of sciatica,and to explore mechanism of this disease.Method:Select the patients with sciatica who meet the inclusion criteria.The 60 cases are randomized into treatment and control group.After one and two course of treatments,observe the two groups of the score of clinical symptoms to evaluate the clinical effect and explore comparative study.Results:In the overall efficacy,the two groups were no significant difference(P>0.05),shows the treatment group and the control group overall efficacy consistent,but the treatment group after the first course of treatment cure rate and total effective rates were 43.33%and 86.67%,were higher than the control group.2.BRS-6 pain intensity difference comparison,after the first course of treatment,there were significantly difference(P<0.05)between the two groups which were compared before and after treatment.3.the JOA score,after the two course of treatment,there were significantly difference(P<0.05)between the two groups which were compared before and after treatment on symptoms and signs score difference comparison..Conclusion:1.The treatment group and the control group patients with sciatica overall efficacy are improved,but the cure of the treatment group and the total effective rate higher than the control group.2.The treatment group and the control group with sciatica pain and symptoms and signs have improved,but the treatment group than in the control group more patients to alleviate pain,our efforts to improve clinical symptoms and signs.
