ObjectiveAcupuncture taboo is a measure for the ancient people to prevent acupuncture accidents and a good way to ensure the acupuncture to produce an effective cure.At present,the acupuncture taboo is not attached so much importance in clinic.There are some scattered discussions of acupuncture taboo in Nei jing,which contains a lot of theoretical content and rich clinical experience.Neijing laid a basic foundation for acupuncture taboo.It is necessary to systematically sort out the acupuncture taboo in Neijing and to construct the basic theoretical framework of acupuncture taboo,in order to promote the application of acupuncture taboo in clinical practice widely,reduce medical accident rate,improve efficiency of acupuncture.At the same time,it provide literature basis for the future more in-depth acupuncture taboo theory research.MethodsThe author of this thesis gathered the references about acupuncture taboo written in the recent 50 years by literature search,and analyzed present research situation and research trend of acupuncture taboo.Based on detailed interpretation and accurately textual criticism,I made a deep study on acupuncture taboo theory of Neijing.The acupuncture taboo theory of Neijing is collected by hand.Firstly collecting the provisions of acupuncture taboo,secondly refining theme of the provisions,thirdly classifying the theme,on the basis of which,the classification of acupuncture taboo is accomplished and the content of acupuncture taboo is sort out.By combining the ideas about the acupuncture taboo in Neijing,I analyze the significance of acupuncture taboo in practice.ConclusionThe Literature research of acupuncture taboo can be classified into three kinds:the study for comprehensive literature review,the study of monograph,the study in a specific field.At present,the study of monograph is popular,especially Nejing.But,most of the research is simply classification or analysis of the provision.These researches lack comprehensive and in-depth analysis.Neijing acupuncture taboo theory needs more in-depth study.There are some scattered discussions of acupuncture taboo in Suwen and Lingshu.Lingshu recorded the acupuncture taboo content in 28 chapters and Suwen recorded the acupuncture taboo content in 17 chapters,in which 6 chapters is about the study of monograph.There are physiological and psychological acupuncture taboo,correspond with world acupuncture taboo,body parts acupuncture taboo,disease acupuncture taboo and acupuncture technique taboo.physiological and psychological acupuncture taboo include:acupuncture taboo of untrust the doctor,acupuncture taboo after sex alcohol and anger.Correspond with world acupuncture taboo include:acupuncture taboo of season,acupuncture taboo of moon of profit and loss,acupuncture taboo of air temperature,acupuncture taboo day,the five forbidden.Body parts acupuncture taboo include:acupuncture taboo viscera,articular acupuncture taboo,acupuncture taboo vessels and acupuncture taboo of the nervous system.Disease acupuncture taboo include:incurable disease,refractory disease acupuncture taboo,not suitable for acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture technique taboo include:acupuncture hemorrhage taboo,the taboo of acupuncture depth,acupuncture needle-retaining time taboo,the position of the taboo of acupuncture and reinforcing-reducing techniques acupuncture taboo.Neijing acupuncture taboo theory is of great importance both in theoretical research and clinical practice.Based on the importance of physiological and psychological acupuncture taboo,it can not only avoid the acupuncture accident,also establish a good doctor-patient relationship.Correspond with world acupuncture taboo can help us to better understand the Neijing harmony thought.The research about acupuncture taboo reflects the level of understanding and treatment of disease and also points out that the doctor need to have the ability to judge the serious disease and also the disease which is not suitable for acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture taboo.pays attention to the harmony between the human and the nature and emphasizes that the diagnosis and treatment should be based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition.
