| ObjectiveThis study attempt to explore the mechanism and advantages of Jianxinpinglv pill in treating patients with chronic heart failure complicated by ventricular premature beats.We research the effect of Jianxinpinglv pill on patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular premature beats(Qi-deficiency phlegm and blood stasis type)by observing the cardiac function,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma B-type Natriuretic Peptide(BNP),dynamic electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms of the patients before and after treatment.The result of this study provides new ideas and directions for further diagnosis of secondary arrhythmias.MethodsIn this study,60 patients,who were diagnosed by TCM-WM in chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular premature beats(Qi-deficiency and phlegm-stasis type),were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the treatment group was given Jianxinpinglv pill on the basis of western medicine treatment of the control group,and the 60 patients were treated for 8 weeks.After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the TCM syndrome curative effect,the grading curative effect of cardiac function,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma B-type Natriuretic Peptide(BNP)Holter and the Minnesota Quality of Life scores were observed and compared.Results(1)Comparison of treatment effect before and after treatment:The scores of syndromes in control group and treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the scores of syndromes in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 56%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of grading curative effect of cardiac function before and after treatment:After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,In the treatment group,the total effective rate of cardiac function was 90%and that in the control group was 77%.The cardiac function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of Minnesota quality of life before and after treatment:After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,both in control group and the treatment group,scores of life quality of the Minnesota decreased(P<0.01),and the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of the levels of plasma B-type Natriuretic Peptide(BNP)before and after treatment:After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,The levels of plasma B-type Natriuretic Peptide(BNP)in the control group and the treatment group decreased(P<0.01),while the BNP level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before and after treatment:After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the control group and the treatment group were respectively compared with those before the operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the treatment group was significantly higher than Control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(6)Comparison of Holter before and after treatment:after 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the total number of premature ventricular contractions in the control group and the treatment group decreased(P<0.01).After treatment,the frequency of premature ventricular contractions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)The Jianxinpinglv pill can significantly improve TCM symptoms of chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular premature beats,and improve clinical curative effect.(2)The Jianxinpinglv pill can obviously improve the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),decrease the level of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),improve cardiac function,delay ventricular remodeling and improve patients with chronic heart failure Prognosis.(3)The Jianxinpinglv pill can significantly reduce the incidence of ventricular premature beats in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with premature ventricular contractions.(4)The Jianxinpinglv pill was found no adverse reactions,the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular premature can be safe and effective.So the Jianxinpinglv is worthy of clinical promotion and application.(5)The Jianxinpinglv pill can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure to reduce the incidence of premature ventricular contractions,but also improve the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure through the treatment of ventricular premature beats.Moreover,there are more clinical mechanisms and treatment advantages deserve further study. |
