The Clinical Effect Analysis Of The Treatment Of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease By The Combination Of Shulli And TCM Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:Research nimesulide overlapping combination therapy with Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical effect,the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine used in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment for the patient life quality improvement,reduce the frequency of exacerbations,and lung function decline in several aspects,such as the role of,as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Select 86 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the research object,both in April 2015 to April 2016 hospital,reviewing the general data,all of the patients with COPD in 2011 of China association of Chinese medicine in TCM diagnosis and treatment standard guidelines for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis,treatment and prevention of global strategy related diagnosis standards(2011 edition),voluntarily signed the informed consent,superposition of nimesulide no allergic phenomenon,eliminate with severe mental illness,coronary heart disease,hypertension,diabetes,hematopoietic system disease.The treatment was divided into two groups,one for the control group(43 cases)and the other for the study group(43 cases).Two groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were picked from the conventional way to treatment and control group based on the conventional way to choose nimesulide treatment and research based on the conventional way to choose nimesulide overlapping combination therapy with Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment;Compare two groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease condition before and after the treatment the average number of exacerbations,improve pulmonary function(FEV1 / FVC,FEV1%),walking distance,st George's questionnaire(SGRQ)scores and COPD assessment test(CAT)score.Results: There was no difference between the two groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P > 0.05).Before treatment,patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease had less severe acute exacerbation(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the average acute exacerbation of the disease after treatment was less(P < 0.05).There was no difference in FEV1/FVC and FEV1% level before treatment in two groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease((P > 0.05).Before treatment,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% were higher in two groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% were higher(P < 0.05).There was no difference in the average distance between the two groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P > 0.05).Before treatment,the average distance between the two groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was longer than that of 6MWT(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the average distance of 6MWT was longer(P < 0.05).There was no difference in SGRQ score between the two groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P > 0.05).Before treatment,SGRQ scores were lower in both groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,SGRQ score was lower after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no difference in CAT score between two groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P > 0.05).Before treatment,CAT scores were lower in both groups of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the CAT score was lower after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Nimesulide overlapping combination therapy with Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical effect is remarkable,can further alleviate the symptoms of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary,improve their lung function and exercise endurance,still can improve their quality of life,reduced their risk of disease exacerbations by,promoting its rapid rehabilitation,worth extending application.
