Objective: 1.Analyze the basic situation of patients with diabetic foot, and further reflect the basic situation of patients with diabetic foot in the current management mode.2.Building a telemedicine system based on the Diabetes Foot APP.To evaluate the impact of the APP on self-management ability, therapeutic compliance and related knowledge education. To evaluate the application prospects of telemedicine in the field of diabetic foot. Methods: This is a clinical controlled trial.Selecting diabetic foot patients from the endocrinology department of Shandong Provincial Hospital from May 31,2018 to November 01,2018.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental and control groups by means of informed consent.Control group patients according to traditional management. The experimental group patients added the Diabetes Foot APP management platform based on the traditional management. The difference of P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1.In this study,58 patients with diabetic foot were included,of which 44.83% were women(26 cases)and 55.17% were men(32 cases). The age ranged from 38 to 87 years old, with the highest number of patients aged 50-59 years and 60-69 years old, accounting for 29.31%.The number of patients with diabetes in 10-20 years is the highest, accounting for 39.66%.The course of diabetic foot has 1 day,and there are also those with a course of more than 11 years. The number of patients with diabetic foot disease ? 1 year is the largest, accounting for 31.03%.The most common cause of ulcers was unclear, accounting for 29.31%;followed by spontaneous bubbling, accounting for 22.41%.2.After a three-month intervention, there was no difference in physical examination, including body mass index, blood pressure, heart rate, and fasting blood sugar between the two groups.Statistical analysis of random blood glucose showed P<0.05,which was statistically significant. There are also significant differences in self-glycemic monitoring and therapeutic compliance.3.For the Diabetes Foot APP,the vast majority of patients expressed no objection to use.The family members of the patients, especially their children, showed great interest. It is suggested that young people are more likely to accept this new medical model. Conclusions: 1.Diabetic foot patients with poor blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, poor self-management ability, lack of knowledge about diabetic foot. The current diabetes foot management model needs to be improved.2.After a three-month intervention, the ability of patients in the experimental group has improved in blood glucose control,self-glycemic monitoring, and therapeutic compliance.Diabetic foot APP management platform is worthy of clinical promotion.
