| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Weifukang granules combined with sucralfate suspension in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat type gastritis after operation,and to provide a clinical reference for the treatment of this disease with Weifukang granules combined with sucralfate suspension.Methods: 72 patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat type gastritis after operation were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases),the control group was treated with sucralfate suspension,and the treatment group was given Weifukang granules combined with sucralfate suspension,the course of treatment was observed for 4 weeks,After the treatment,the TCM syndrome,endoscopic performance and nutritional status of the two groups were observed.The statistical software was used to analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat type gastritis after operation.Results:(1)The clinical efficacy was compared: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.79%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of single symptom scores of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the symptom scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the symptoms of heartburn,dry mouth and bitterness,and early satiety in the treatment group were observed.The improvement was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)The total scores of gastroscopic performance were compared: after treatment,the total scores of gastroscope in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(5)The scores of gastroscopic performance of the two groups were compared: after treatment,the scores of gastroscope under the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved the bile reflux,gastric mucosal congestion and edema.Better than the control group(P<0.05).(6)The nutritional status of the two groups before and after treatment: the levels of HGB,TP and ALB in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(7)During the test period,there were no obvious abnormalities in urine analysis,stool routine,blood routine,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment.No obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Weifukang granules combined with sucralfate suspension in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat type gastritis after operation is not only improved in patients with TCM syndromes,endoscopic inflammatory lesions and bile reflux,but also a certain extent can improve nutritional status of patients. |
