Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Mild Jaundice In Chronic Hepatitis B With Yinchenwuling Powder

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of jingyin chenwuling powder in the treatment of CHB(chronic hepatitis B)with mild jaundice.Methods: Sixty-two patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(n = 31)and treatment group(n = 31)by random number table method.The final treatment group and control group were included in 30 cases,two groups were treated with basic western medicine.The treatment group was treated with yinchenwuling powder on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL)TCM syndrome score and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software was used for the analysis,and the counting data were tested by chi-square test.T test and variance analysis were used for measurement data.Rank sum test was used for rank data.Results: 1.Comprehensive efficacy evaluation of western medicine for patients: after the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%.The total effective rate in the control group was 60.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of ALT and AST before and after treatment in patients: after the end of treatment in the treatment group and the control group,theimprovement of ALT and AST in the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the improvement of ALT and AST indexes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TBIL and DBIL of patients before and after treatment: after treatment,TBIL and DBIL decreased better in the treatment group and the control group than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of TBIL and DBIL in the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Evaluation of the comprehensive effect of TCM on patients: after the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 90.00%.The total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Evaluation of TCM syndrome points of patients before and after treatment:after the treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome points of the treatment group and the control group was better than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Evaluation of patients' quality of life: after the end of treatment,the improvement of quality of life after treatment in the treatment group and the control group was better than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Yinchenwuling powder combined with western medicine has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of mild CHB jaundice.It can improve ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,other liver function indicators and improve the quality of life of patients.2.In terms of the comprehensive efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,Yin Chen wuling powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of mild CHB jaundice has obvious advantages in improving the syndrome points of traditional Chinese medicine.Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the side effects of western medicine.3.After research and analysis,Yin Chen wuling powder formula is preliminarily summarized as follows:(1)body eye yellow dye(2)adverse urination(3)thirst(4)tongue pulse: tongue fat and large,thick and greasy yellow coating,tooth marks on the side,smooth or slow pulse string.It provides a preliminary basis for the clinical application of yinchenwuling powder in the future.
