Objective:To investigate the correlation between vascular cognitive impairment and serum Cys C after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected, general clinical data were collected, serum Cys C level was measured, and MoCA cognitive scale was used for evaluation.Serum Cys C levels were measured in 100 patients with non-cerebral infarction, and the differences in serum Cys C levels between the case group and the control group were compared.General clinical data of VCI group and normal cognitive function group after acute cerebral infarction;Comparison of VCI incidence in patients with low, medium and high Cys C level;Correlation analysis of Cys C level with MOCA scale and clinical materials in VCI group;Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the risk factors of VCI after cerebral infarction.Result:?1?VCI incidence rate after acute cerebral infarction:a total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were collected in this study, among whom 87 patients had cognitive impairment, accounting for 72.5%?2?serum Cys C(1.16±0.30mg·L-1)in VIC group after acute cerebral infarction,and(0.97±0.21mg·L-1)in normal group?P=0.002?,the difference was statistically significant.History 37.93%,cerebral infarction in VCI group cognitive function in normal group 18.18%,P=0.039,difference was statistically significant?3?The Cys C levels of the middle, low, medium and high levels in the case group were compared between the groups,P<0.001,and the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of VCI among the three groups was22 cases?55.0%?,29 cases?72.5%?,and 36 cases?90.0%?,respectively,P<0.001.The differences between the groups were statistically significant.Pairwise comparison of each group showed that there was no significant difference in VCI between the low level group and the middle level group.?4?total scores of serum Cys C and MoCA?r=-0.581,P<0.001?,naming?r=-0.257,P=0.026?,delayed memory?r=-0.231,P=0.046?,and orienting force?r=-0.305,P=0.008?were correlated?5?Logistic regression showed that serum Cys C and previous history of cerebral infarction were risk factors for VCI after acute cerebral infarction.Conclusion:?1?The higher incidence of VCI after acute cerebral infarction?2?The higher level of Cys C after acute cerebral infarction the higher the previous history of cerebral infarction will increase the incidence of VIC after cerebral infarction?3?The correlation of serum Cys C in naming delayed memory orientation.
