Research On The Rules Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Fuyang In Pediatrics Of Modern And Modern Doctors In Yunnan Province Based On Data Mining

Objective:This paper probes deeply into the academic thoughts and characteristics of clinical medication of Fuyang method used by the medical records of six famous doctors in Yunnan,Liao Junquan,Wu Peiheng,Lu Chong an,Dai Lisan,Li Jichang and Yao Zhenbai in the differential diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases,and explores the application of Fuyang method in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases.We should enrich and deepen the research on the academic thought of Fuyang in Yunnan,and expand the scope of clinical application of Fuyang method.Method:Six medical records of pediatric diseases treated by Fuyang were selected from the medical records of six doctors.The effective medical records were analyzed by literature research,data statistics and data mining.The frequency of symptoms,the frequency,dosage and compatibility of Fuyang medicines in pediatric medical records were analyzed and counted.Result:After screening based on inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,104 medical cases and 318 prescriptions were extracted.After sorting out and analyzing the data of these medical cases,the following results are obtained:1.In Liao Junquan’s medical records,aconite,licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Pinellia temata,ginger and other hot and warm medicines appeared more frequently,diarrhea,cough,yellow face,fever and other symptoms appeared more frequently,tongue image was light,white coating,exquisite,pulse image was more fine,weak,pulse number and so on.Drug pairs appeared more frequently,such as "licorice-aconite" 85 times,"atractylodes macrocephala-licorice" 79 times,"atractylodes macrocephala-aconite" 72 times,"ginger-aconite”69 times.2.In Wu Peiheng’s medical case,aconite,licorice,ginger,cinnamon and other thermophilic drugs appeared more frequently.When using the method of nourishing yang,cough,fever,asthma,diarrhea,absence of spirit and other symptoms appeared more frequently.Tongue image was mostly white,moss slippery,pulse image was mostly tight,weak,slow and so on.Drug pairs appeared more frequently,such as"dried ginger-aconite" 69 times,"licorice-aconite" 69 times,"dried ginger-licorice" 57 times,"dried ginger-cinnamon" 53 times.3.In Lv Chong’an’s medical case,aconite,Pinellia ternata,cinnamon twig,ginger and other thermophilic drugs appear more frequently.When they use the method of fuyang,cough,diarrhea,fever,spontaneous sweating and other symptoms occur more frequently.Tongue appearance is mossy white,mossy and so on.Pulse appearance is more common,such as fine pulse,floating pulse,slow pulse and so on.Drug pairs appeared more frequently,such as "Pinellia ternata-aconite" 13 times,"Cassia twig-aconite" 13 times,and "dried ginger-aconite" 11 times.4.In Dai Li’s three medical cases,aconite,cinnamon twig,licorice,ginger and other thermophilic drugs appear more frequently.When using the method of fuyang,fever,blueness,cough and other symptoms occur more frequently.Tongue moss white and greasy,pulse mostly sink,fine pulse and so on.Drug pairs appeared more frequently,such as "licorice-aconite" 11 times,"cinnamon-licorice" 9 times,"cinnamon-aconite" 9 times,"dried ginger-licorice" 8 times.5.In Li Jichang’s medical records,aconite,Atractylodes macrocephala,ginseng,clove and other thermophilic drugs appear more frequently.When using the method of fuyang,diarrhea,cold limbs and other symptoms occur more frequently.Tongue image is mostly pale,white coating and so on.Pulse image is mostly pulse sinking,weak pulse and so on.The frequency of drug pairs was higher,such as "atractylodes macrocephala-aconite" appeared 5 times,"ginseng-artillery ginger" appeared 5 times,and "atractylodes macrocephala-ginseng" appeared 5 times.6.In Yao Zhenbai’s medical records,aconite root,dried ginger,Atractylodes macrocephala and other thermophilic drugs appear more frequently.When using Fuyang method,diarrhea,spontaneous sweating,cold limbs and other symptoms occur more frequently.Tongue signs are more common,such as pale tongue,white coating and so on.Pulse signs are more common,such as fine pulse and sinking pulse.Drug pairs appeared more frequently,such as "Amomum villosum-licorice-aconite"appeared 11 times,and "aconite-atractylodes macrocephala-licorice”appeared 10 times.Conclusion:Yunnan physicians in pediatric clinic commonly used Fuyang warming Yang drugs are mainly aconite,dried ginger,cinnamon,licorice,asarum,clove,Pinellia ternata,etc.The common core compatibility combinations are aconite-cinnamon,aconite-dried ginger,licorice-dried ginger,licorice-cinnamon,ginger-cinnamon,cinnamon-aconite,aconite-dried ginger-licorice,aconite-cinnamon-licorice and so on.The commonly used prescriptions of Fuyang include Dahuiyang Decoction,Zhuhan Dangjing Decoction,Sini Decoction,Baitong Decoction,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,Maxin Fuzi Decoction,Lizhong Decoction,Dajianzhong Decoction,Ganjiang Lingzhu Decoction,Guizhi Jiafuzi Decoction,etc.In the treatment of pediatric diseases,special attention should be paid to warming Taiyin and lessening Yin and Yang Qi;in the treatment of exogenous infections,especially long-term illness,special attention should be paid to strengthening Yang,replenishing Qi and resolving forms;and in the treatment of Yang Qi,attention should be paid to replenishing essence and nourishing Yin.
