| Objective: To observe the clinical evaluation tripterygium wilfordii much glucosidepieces and benefiting kidney Juan bi pill certified share treatment rheumatoid arthritiskidney blood stasis syndrome of clinical curative effect.Method: Choose in April2010toApril2011clinic in Shandong university of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitalRheumatism Department outpatient and inpatient. Will meet the criteria80cases wererandomly divided into the test group (40cases) and control group (40cases), patientstripterygium wilfordii of more glucoside and benefiting kidney Juan bi pill, the controlgroup taking methotrexate and liu nitrogen of sulfonylurea pyridine, two groups oftreatment time for24weeks are observed, the two groups of joint tenderness number, jointswelling number, time of morning stiffness, ESR, CRP, and other indicators, and thechange of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicinesyndrome, the curative effect of comparison.Results: Patients can significantly improvepatients in test group with symptoms, the clinical symptoms, laboratory, the improvementof Traditional Chinese Medical syndrome was better than control.Conclusion:tripterygium wilfordii much glucoside pieces and benefiting kidney Juan bi pill certifiedshare can significantly improve patients with disease, the treatment effect is better thanmethotrexate and willow sulfonylurea pyridine piece of nitrogen. |
