Zhuang Yi Zhuang Medicine Line Moxibustion To Promote Laparoscopic Colon Cancer After Radical Surgery Evaluation Of The Effect Of Gastrointestinal Function Recovery

Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhuang medicine line moxibustion therapy on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic colon cancer operation,and to prevent and reduce postoperative complications of colon cancer.Methods: A total of 90 patients who underwent laparoscopic colon cancer after admission to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to January 2019,were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the drug line group,the moxibustion group and the conventional group.Each group had 30 cases.The operation methods of the three groups were laparoscopic resection.There was no significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss.Three groups of patients were given routine treatment and nursing after operation.On this basis,the drug line group used Zhuang Yi 2 No.2 medicine line moxibustion,Zhuangxuan Zhixue,Guxian(7 points),and umbilical ring points(4 points).Once a day;the moxibustion group took Zhongqi,Shenque and Tianshu points for mild moxibustion once a day for 20 minutes.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 days.The routine group is treated according to routine treatment and care,and no moxibustion is performed.By observing and recording the three groups of postoperative bowel sound recovery time,first anal exhaust,first anal defecation,gastrointestinal symptom score(GIS),moxibustion operation time,nursing cost,and adverse reactions after moxibustion to compare the efficacy,safety and cost of each group.Results: 1.All subjects were able to adhere to hospitalization for 3 days without any shedding.2.There was no significant difference in age,gender,operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(all P>0.05),and the baseline data were comparable;3.After multiple comparisons,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the drug line group and the moxibustion group(P=0.421).There were differences between the drug line group and the conventional group,between the moxibustion group and the regular group.Very significant.4.Comparison of gastrointestinal symptom scores in the three groups showed that there was a significant difference between the drug line group and the moxibustion group in the symptom scores before and after gastrointestinal symptoms compared with before treatment,respectively,t=13.930,P<0.05,t=8.321,P<0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant.There was also a significant difference between the two groups in the drug line group and the moxibustion group(P=0.028).5.The difference of nursing technique operation time and nursing cost between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zhuang medicine line moxibustion can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after radical resection of colon cancer(effective comparison),and the effect of reducing gastrointestinal symptoms is better;at the same time,greatly shorten the operation time and reduce the cost of care,it is worthy of widespread promotion in clinic.application.
