Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis(Wet Aggregates Pleen Deficient Type) By Ironing The Umbilicus By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:The main observation of traditional Chinese medicine ironing umbilical method in the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis,the clinical symptoms were analyzed,and observe the main clinical symptoms in the indexes before and after treatment,through the study,the objective evaluation of Chinese medicine ironing umbilical therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis effectiveness,practicality and safety.Method:The cases of illness from January 2017 to February 2018 were in the outpatient of the anorectal of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.72 cases of ulcerative colitis were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly,36 cases in each group.The matched group was treated by the Jiawei Buhuanjin Zhengqisan based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment.Usage:Decoction of Chinese medicine juice 450ml,half an hour before breakfast taking 150ml decoction,half an hour after dinner.150ml decoction.15 days a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 45 days.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was added with the traditional Chinese medicine ointment to iron the umbilicus.Usage:Traditional Chinese medicine ointments were incorporated into the umbilical cord with a diameter of 3cm thick 1mm medical aeration adhesive.Change the ointment 1 times in the morning and evening..Ask the patient to use the hot water bag to warm the umbilical paste for 30 minutes in order to promote the drug absorption.The temperature of the hot water bag is self-conscious.The difference between the treatment group and the matched group was compared by statistical method,so as to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine ironing umbilicus in the treatment of ulcerative colitis syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp accumulation.Result:A total of 70 cases were observed,including 35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the matched group.The results of symptomatic treatment in the two groups showed that Traditional Chinese medicine ironing umbilical therapy efficacy in the treatment of diarrhea,abdominal pain,bloody purulent stool is precise,but the treatment had no obvious improvement when tenesmus.The TCM syndrome treatment showed that the two groups were all effective,and the Chinese medicine ironing umbilicus therapy had a definite gain effect on ulcerative colitis(wet aggregates pleen deficient type).No adverse reactions were reported in the two groups.Conclusion:Through the observation of the curative effect,it is concluded that the treatment of ulcerative colitis(wet aggregates pleen deficient type)by ironing the umbilicushas no adverse reaction and no side effect,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.Traditional Chinese medicine ironing umbilical therapy efficacy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,diarrhea,abdominal pain,pus and blood stool significantly...
