Study On The Clinical Effect Of TongShao TongAnTang An Decoction On Recurrent Abdominal Pain In Children

Objective: Pediatric recurrent abdominal pain is one of the common clinical diseases in pediatrics.The incidence of this disease has increased year by year in recent years.Western medicine mainly USES symptomatic treatment,the effect is not good,and the recurrence rate is high.Of this study is to further explore the effective prescriptions of Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,observe the Tong Shao Tong An Tang in the treatment of children with recurrent abdominal pain effect,in order to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and effective treatment and cure disease.Methods: Into standard,60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group30 cases and control group 30 cases,control group oral culture Peifeikang,the treatment group to the quasi Tong Shao Tong An Tang,3 weeks after treatment compared two groups of curative effect and form to "Tiaoganyunpi,Xiaojihuazhi" for therapeutic treatment method for the treatment of children with recurrent abdominal pain.Results: This study,according to the results of two groups of clinical symptoms were improved after treatment,the treatment group in "Tiaoganyunpi Xiaojihuazhi" under the therapeutic principle of children with recurrent abdominal pain can be divided into wet resistance pixu(spleen deficient),liver depression and qi stagnation,diet stagnant,long pain clip stasis four type,their clinical symptoms improved curative effect is better than that in control group,especially in the degree of abdominal pain,mental state,loss of appetite is significantly superior to control group,and in children improve complexion has no difference between the treatment group and control group.Treatment group recover 22 cases,5 cases were markedly effective,effective in 1 case,2 had no effect,the total effective rate 93.3%,control group cure 8 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,effective in 2 cases,9 no effect,the total effectiverate 70%,treatment group comparison before and after the treatment(P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:The study confirmed that Tong Shao Tong An Tang was a effective prescription for the treatment of recurrent abdominal pain in children,and it was formed to treat pediatric recurrent abdominal pain with the treatment of "regulating the spleen and removing the stasis".
