Objective : Social anxiety disorder(SAD)is a common and difficult psychological disorder. It is typically manifested in Persistent tension and fear when interacting with People,or in the situation of observation or evaluation by others. The emotional state is accompanied by avoidance behavior.Recently, the incidence of SAD in China has gradually increased, and some scholars Predict that SAD will be one of the commonest psychological disorders in the 21 st century.Influenced by cognitive theory, researchers began to pay attention to the information processing bias of SAD,and found that SAD Patients usually Pay attention to threat information and biased towards angry faces, which will trigger a N2 pc component with shorter amplitude and larger response. From this we believe that changing attention bias may be a way to treat social anxiety.Cognitive-behavioral therapy and drug therapy have a certain effect on the treatment of social anxiety disorder, but the cure rate is not ideal. Therefore, this study attempted to intervene subclinical social anxiety using hypnotherapy combined with system desensitization technique. At the same time, behavioral and event-related Potentials were combined to explore the effects of interventions and attention bias on subclinical social anxiety. Methods: The subjects were screened by Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale. The total score >63 was divided into the experimental group and the control group,23 in experimental group and 23 in control group. The experimental group received 6hypnosis treatments once a week. The control group did not accept any treatment. The total score <16 Points was included in the low group, and 23 People in the low group, too. The hypnotic sensitivity of the subjects was tested by the Stanford Hypnotic Sensitivity Scale. Before and after hypnotherapy, all the experimental group and the control group were tested for social anxiety scale,odd-one-out task, and the brain electricity was recorded at the same time. The low group completed only one social anxiety scale assessment, dissimilation task test, and EEG recording. Results: Before treatment:(1)There was no significant difference in social anxiety level between the experimental group and the control group(P = 0.08).There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group and the low group in the social anxiety level(P = 0.08).< 0.05);(2)Behavioral results, under the sensitive conditions of attention, there was no significant difference in the anger sensitivity index between the experimental group and the control group(P = 0.717),and both the experimental group and the control group were associated with the low group in the anger sensitive index. There was a significant difference(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in the anger dissociation index between the experimental group and the control group(P = 0.380),and both the experimental group and the control group were associated with the low group on the anger dissociation index. There were significant differences(P < 0.05);(3)EEG results showed that there was no significant difference in N2 pc amplitude between the experimental group and the control group under the sensitive conditions(P = 0.638).There was a significant difference between the group and the control group and the low group in the anger sensitivity index(P <0.05).Under the condition of attention detachment, the Po7 electrode Point was observed, and the experimental group and the control group were in anger.Significant difference from the index(P = 0.269)does not exist N2 pc amplitude, the experimental group and control group and the low group were significant differences in anger(P <0.05)from the Presence of the indicator. After treatment: 1)The results of social anxiety questionnaire, the experimentalgroup had significant difference in the social anxiety level before and after(P < 0.05),and the control group had no significant difference in the social anxiety level before and after(P = 0.377);(2)behavior According to the results, under the sensitive conditions, the experimental group had significant difference before and after the anger sensitive index(P < 0.05),and the control group had no significant difference before and after the anger sensitive index(P = 0.745);The experimental group had significant difference before and after the anger dissociation index(P < 0.05),and the control group had significant difference before and after the anger dissociation index(P = 0.335);(3)EEG results, under the condition of sensitive attention, observed At the Po7 electrode Point, the N2 pc amplitude of the experimental group was significantly different(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the anger sensitive index(P = 0.968).At the electrode Point, the experimental group and the control group had significant difference before and after the N2 pc amplitude on the anger disengagement index(P < 0.05),and the control group did not exist before and after the anger disengagement index.Significant difference(P = 0.649).Conclusions: Subclinical social anxious People do have attentional bias towards angry faces, mainly in the two aspects: high sensitive attention and attention bias to anger.Hypnotherapy can improve the symptoms of social anxiety in subclinical social anxiety.Meanwhile, through hypnosis intervention, the amplitude of the N2 pc component of the subclinical social anxiety person is reduced, and the latency is shortened, which changes their attention to be less sensitive about threatening information.
