Study On The Efficacy And Mechanism Of Zhiling Mycelium In Treating Deficiency Ofboth Qi And Yin TCM In Hypertension With Positive Microalbuminuria(MAU)

Objective:To determine the clinical efficacy of zhiling mycelium capsule in the prevention and treatment of hypertensive qi and Yin deficiency syndrome with positive MAU,and to explore its possible mechanism,so as to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of early renal injury of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine and improve the treatment connotation of hypertension.Methods:A randomized case-control study was conducted to screen patients with positive microalbuminuria(MAU)in hypertension and qi-Yin deficiency syndrome by morning urine immunoassay.Conventional antihypertensive therapy group(blood pressure to achieve individualized target)joint to spirit mycelium capsule treatment,control group routine treatment,treatment after 2?3 Sunday reiteration MAU,between group and group before and after treatment in MAU,overcast rate before and after treatment in patients with blood samples respectively,according to the kit instruction detection of IL-6,TGF-?1,TNF-? level,and compared between groups,before and after treatment in the group.Research results:1.The urinary microalbumin of the patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the MAU value of all the patients was significantly reduced,among which 31 patients had MAU conversion to negative,accounting for 57%of the total.2.Serum IL-6,TNF-a and TGF-?1 levels in the treatment group were all higher than those in the control group before treatment(all P<0.05).3.Serum IL-6,TNF-? and TGF-?1 in the treatment group were all lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-6,TNF-a and TGF-?1 in the blood of patients with hypertension and qi-yin deficiency syndrome with positive MAU were significantly higher than those of negative MAU patients.Inflammatory reaction is involved in the formation of MAU and is an important mechanism of renal damage.2.For patients with hypertension and deficiency of qi and Yin and MAU positivity,after the application to mycelia therapy,urinary microalbumin excretion was reduced in all patients,and MAU was turned negative in some patients,suggesting that the early renal damage in patients with hypertension was reversible and a good opportunity for treatment and intervention;3.Zhiling mycelium capsule was used to treat patients with hypertension,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and positive MAU.After treatment,serum IL-6,TNF-? and TGF-?1 levels were significantly reduced.Zhiling hyphae can be widely used in the clinical treatment of patients with hypertension and deficiency of qi and Yin with positive MAU.
