Objective:To use the metabolomics research methods,we could observe the change s in metabolite of deficiency of both yin and Yang TCM hypertension, explore h ealthy crowd of hypertensive patients with syndrome of deficiency of both yin and Yang TCM and metabolic differences, establish the study of traditional Chine se medicine and metabonomics and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treat ment of hypertension.Research methods:According to diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria,w e had selected patients with hypertensive syndromes of deficiency of both yin and Yang in 25 cases, and healthy control volunteers in 30 cases. We had coll ected the subjects after 12 hours of fasting venous blood after routine and bioc hemical tests to collect the basic data.Followed by metabolomics detection,we selected the metabolites database between the two groups of different metaboli tes to determine the relevant markers.Research results:The basic data by comparing the two groups and routine blood tes t results,it can be found that in the BMI index(P=0.01),glycated hemoglobin(P=0.01)and triglyceride(P=0.04)levels on the two groups difference(P<0.05);t hrough orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis analysis of metabolites f ound in two samples of the distinction between significant, and the original model ca n well explain the differences between the two groups.By metabolites of nuclear t han comparing database retention and quality of initial screening metabolic mar kers of hypertension syndrome of deficiency of both yin and Yang:creatine,ur ic acid,lysine,D-Glyceric acid,Indolelactate 2,Elaidic acid,5-Methoxytryptam ine 1,Arachidic acid,Levoglucosan,N-Acetyl-D-galactosamine.Conclusion:(1)High blood pressure syndrome of deficiency of both yin and Y ang patients with healthy people may have different metabolites in serum of ch anging and the trend is also different.(2)Metabolism in serum of patients wit h high blood pressure syndrome of deficiency of both yin and Yang spectrum compared with healthy people has differences, and metabolomics can be used c linically to compare metabolism of both, and the finding in the patients with h igh blood pressure syndrome of deficiency of both yin and Yang there may be a group of metabolic markers.(3)Metabolomics could become the distinction between TCM syndromes of hypertension clinical means.
