Clinical Observation Of Modified Shenghua Decoction After Drug Abortion

OBJECTIVE:Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,to observe and count the time of vaginal bleeding,the amount of vaginal bleeding,gynecological B-mode ultrasound,menstrual resurgence,TCM syndromes,and to evaluate the clinical effect of modified Shenghua Decoction after medical abortion.Methods:60 cases of drug abortion patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.Control group:After blastocyst discharge,cefdinir was given routinely to prevent infection,2 tablets each time,twice a day,for 3 days.Observation group:On the basis of the control group,the modified Shenghua Decoction was used for intervention.'IThe Decoction dosage form was used,twice a day,150 ml each lime,for 14 days.Vaginal bleeding,TCM syndrome score,intrauterine slightly higher echo,uterine effusion,endometrial thickness,uterine three-way line and menstrual reactivation were observed.The clinical efficacy of complications after drug abortion was analyzed by statistics.At the same time,blood routine,coagulation index,leucorrhea routine,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators were monitored.Results:1.The time of vaginal bleeding,vaginal bleeding volume,intrauterine slightly higher echo,endometrial thickness,uterine three-way line,and menstrual period in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).2.The lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,fatigue and appetite in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).3.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in promoting the recovery of hemoglobin(P<0.05)Conclusion:Modified Shenghua Decoction can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,reduce the slightly strong echo rate of uterine cavity,restore the normal size of endometrium and uterus,improve the menstruation period,significantly improve the symptoms of lower abdominal pain,appetite and fatigue after drug abortion,and promote the recovery of hemoglobin after drug abortion.
