| Purpose:The typical skin lesions and neuralgia of herpes zoster,which are common syndromes of hepatic stasis and heat,have a significant impact on patients’ normal life,work and study.Acupuncture and moxibustion has gradually been paid attention to in the field of disease research.Based on the random number table method,this study compared the specific diagnosis and treatment effect,treatment time and patient acceptance degree of ganshu acupoint puncture cupping combined with periacupuncture in the treatment of herpes zoster of liver channel heat,and analyzed the feasibility of ganshu point puncture cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster of liver channel heat.The key points are mainly in the aspects of the normal operation technique,the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of diagnosis and treatment and the investigation of the cure constitution.It is hoped to develop a new effective treatment method for treating the febrile herpes zoster and improve the patients’ life happiness.Methods: 60 patients with herpes zoster who were treated in affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into treatment group and control group with equal probability.Treatment group: ganshu point was taken,75% alcohol was used to disinfect and sterilize the area of ganshu point,three-arrowed needle was applied to the position of ganshu point for several times,the technique should be light and shallow,and then the pot should be kept in time with flash fire for 10 minutes,once every other day.Use a paring procedure at the edge of the herpes for 30 minutes,once a day.The adverse reactions of acupuncture were clarified with the patient before acupuncture,and the patient was given diagnosis and treatment after emotional recovery.Control group: only puncture around herpes,operation,duration and frequency were the same as the treatment group.Both groups took western medicine internally at the same time: aciclovir sustained release tablet 0.4kg,3 times a day,course of treatment for 14 days,and observed the patients’ condition status at 7 and 14 days of treatment respectively,and recorded the pain,herpes skin lesions,symptoms and signs scores of the patients in the two groups to determine its comprehensive efficacy.The patients were followed up by telephone one month after the diagnosis and treatment and the occurrence of posterior neuralgia was recorded.Patient data information collection and application SPSS20.0 statistical software and the use of statistical software statistical number of blister,blister cluster number,erythema area,red color,red swelling,or pain VAS score,measurement data first to normality test,accord with normality,contrast between the two groups using independent sample t test,contrast group match samples t test,data is not in conformity with the normality using nonparametric test,the results with the average + /-standard deviation;The counting data were tested by chi-square test,and the results were represented by the number of cases.Rank sum test was used for rank data.P <0.05 was considered as statistically significant difference.Results: 1.The two groups in the heal to 7 days,14 days,respectively,compared with the treatment before,her lesions of the gap are statistically significant(P < 0.05),respectively in the treatment of 7 days,14 days compared two groups,the skin has a wide gap between the integral(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group on healing of skin lesions is obviously superior to the control group.2.The difference in pain scores between the treatment group on day 7 and 14 was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in pain scores between the control group on day 7 and 14 was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days and 14 days,the difference in pain scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was stronger than the control group in the treatment of pain.3.After the completion of the experiment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 76.67%,respectively,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.Follow-up one month after the completion of the experiment showed that the incidence of post-neuralgia was 10% in the treatment group and 33.33% in the control group,indicating that the treatment group had a significant effect on the occurrence of post-defensive neuralgia.Conclusion: compared with single periacupuncture,the therapy of puncturing the collaterals at ganshu acupoint can accelerate the healing of herpes,reduce the swelling of skin lesions,promote the further improvement of skin lesions,and significantly relieve the pain of patients with herpes zoster.It fully reflects the advantages of the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical technology in the treatment of herpes zoster. |
