| Objective:By evaluating the skin lesions,the degree and time of relief of neuralgia,and the occurrence of sequelae neuralgia in hospitalized patients with herpes zoster with stagnant heat of the liver meridian,and evaluating the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine aerosol atomization therapy,we can further exert the special advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster,highlight the external treatment,improve and promote the new clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty hospitalized patients with herpes zoster with stagnant heat of the liver meridian who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated according to the clinical pathway of herpes zoster.On the premise of the clinical pathway of herpes zoster,at the end of 5 days of antiviral therapy,combined with traditional Chinese medicine aerosol atomization,the treatment group was treated with Kaicou Zhitong decoction,which was prepared by itself.The skin lesions were continuously intervened for one week,and the observation period was 2 days.Results:1.There were significant differences in pain degree score,main symptom score,scab removal time and pain relief time between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.2.There was no significant difference in depression index,bleb-stopping and scab-forming time,secondary symptom score and curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05);there were 3 and 5 cases of sequelae neuralgia in the treatment group and the control group after one month of treatment(P>0.05).3.The total effective rates of pain effect and comprehensive effect in the treatment group were 83.33%,90.00%,70.00%and 73.33%in the control group,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine aerosol atomization can effectively assist the treatment of herpes zoster with stagnation of liver meridian and heat.It is superior to the traditional clinical pathway treatment in pain degree score,main symptom score,scab removal time,pain relief time,pain effect and comprehensive effect. |
