Study On Mechanism Of Zhong Jingfang On The Treatment Of Women's Metrorrhagia

In this paper,through libraries,knowledgeable networks and other channels,we search for modern related research,summarize and sort out the cases based on the authenticity and reliability,take the original works of Song Dynasty's Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases as the base,take the collation of prescriptions and certificates as the main line,search and certificate as the auxiliary line,and find out the relevant provisions of each symptom after collation.According to Zhongjing prescription which has good therapeutic effect on women's metrorrhagia and leakage in pathogenesis,by means of literature research,we find out the articles and corresponding prescriptions for the treatment of women's metrorrhagia and leakage.Combined with the summary and annotation of the articles by doctors of past dynasties and the experience of using classical prescription to treat women's metrorrhagia and leakage in clinic,we study the treatment of classical prescription from four aspects: spleen deficiency,kidney deficiency,blood-heat and blood stasis.Advantages in treatment,through the way of syndrome differentiation and treatment to explore the mechanism of Zhongjing prescription in the treatment of women's metrorrhagia,for the clinical treatment of metrorrhagia syndrome differentiation and treatment,prescription medication,give the actual operation to provide rules,in order to expand the doctor's thinking of clinical treatment and repatriation,hope to provide a choice for the treatment of women's metrorrhagia in clinical practice.
