undoubtedly the more advantage treatment in this situation.Although a comprehensive law of the corresponding prescription has been fully documented in "Shanghan Zabing Lun" early in two thousand years ago,it still provides us a rich interpretation of vomiting,enduring the efficiency of the ancient and modern clinical validation.Nowadays,in order to inherit the spirit of traditional Chinese medicine,an important way out of the development is mining and combing the objective of knowledge on the classic works comprehensively through multi-level method.Zhongjing theory can be described as the most necessary of must-read literature of the text of philology,the entry code and important research methods in the field of Chinese medicine meanwhile.In the rapid development of science and technology today,the use of computer technology as a tool to transform the ancient literature information into data provides a strong assistance to organize and summarize the academic theory of ancient knowledge.Overlap with the information of "Shanghan Zabing Lun",it can be found the characteristics of large data which containing the feature of message overlap as well as crossing complex with specific law sometimes.Therefore,the use of modern science and technology to deepen the study of vomiting on the basis of previous Chinese medicine studies can be no doubted to achieve far-reaching social significance.Chinese medicine can provide evidence for the reference of miscellaneous diseases.In this paper,a specific mathematical principle attributing the partial order is used as the calculate tool to generate the figure of the structure between syndromes and herbs form of vomiting in order to analyze the main attributes of the similarity,dispersion and stratification of vomiting,and also to summarize the rules of pathogenesis,accompany symptoms and medicine prescribing of the syndrome of vomiting.MethodsIn order to respect the authenticity and completeness of the original text and to study the law of Zhongjing theory on vomiting syndrome with high visibility,this study used Zhao Kai Mei and Deng Zhen Ben' s version as a blueprint,to respect the original intention of the premise.A higher recognition of the scholar' s interpretation in the history was adopted.The original work involving the all-round combing,rational division was collected to explore the basic rule and hidden law as well as the other knowledge.After the inclusion of the standard provisions of the work,the data was inputted into the MICROSOFT EXCEL.A visual model of the structure was converted with partial order which attributing the specific mathematical principles.Through a specific way of sub-block division,further analysis of the similarities and differences between the management and mechanism of vomiting,nausea,retching and saliva spitting were presented into relative figure of induction groups which including accompany symptoms,prescription and quantity of herbs.ResultsThe following conclusions can be drawn from the analysis of the relationship between vomiting,nausea,retching and saliva spitting.Vomiting with diarrhea should be distinguished the syndromes of cold,heat and water respectively,to which can be treated with methods of warming Yang,relieving exterior syndrome,dissipating heat and water circulating.Vomiting with fever usually happens in three Yang channel and two Yin channel and should be treated based on the different feature of the relative channels.Vomiting with irritability should be distinguished the virtual and real heat and should be difference the use of warming and dissipating.Vomiting with abdominal pain is usually due to Tai-Yin discomfort and should be governing the spleen.Vomiting with thirsty is usually due to water retention and should be governing the infiltration.Vomiting with dizziness is usually due to the upper insufficiency and should be treated on the base of different pattern.2)Nausea should be distinguished Yin and yang as well as water and fire in order to identify the use of warming and dissipating and balance the application of quantity of such hot and cold herb.3)Retching with diarrhea is usually due to the imbalance of Yin and Yang as well as water and fire,it should be recovered the gasification according to the sick channel.Retching with fever and chilling is usually due to the imbalance of Ying and Wei of the exterior leading to the anarrhea of the stomach Qi and should govern the Ying and Wei.Vomiting with saliva spitting is usually due to cold water retention.4)Saliva spitting usually accompanies with symptoms of cough and dizziness.It is because of Yin-Xie blocking and should eliminate evil according to the relative chronic and accrue situation.Saliva spitting with dizzy is usually due to the upper insufficiency and anarrhea and should treat with focusing on the root causes.Vomiting,nausea,retching are caused by various ways of anarrhea of stomach Qi,a reverse gasification is caused to initiate vomiting.It can basically be the same type of governance of the yin and yang as well as cold and heat,but also the imbalance of water and fire.On the other hands,saliva spitting happens mainly in lung disease more than the stomach,the disease is focused on water retention.The knowledge of herbs group in "Shanghan Zabing Lun" is concluded:the most frequent herbs used in vomiting prescription are Licorice,Ginger,Jujube in turn.Licorice is used to replenish Qi and reconcile various drugs,Ginger and Jujube can reconcile Ying and Wei,three drugs contract reflects the Zhongjing' s intention of protecting stomach Qi in the very first place.The treatment of vomiting commonly uses type of Party Bupleurum Decoction,Rhizoma Pinelliae Decoction and Xiexin Decoction with their relative functions of governing Shaoyang,balancing Ying and Wei,reconciling cold and hot respectively,together subsiding the anarrhea stomach Qi down to stop vomiting.After removing Ginger,Jujube and Licorice,Pinellia,Rhizoma Zingiberis,Tuckahoe,Cassia twig,Rhubarb,Citrus peel are also commonly used herbs.The common use couplet medicines are Rhizoma Pinelliae and ginseng,Rhizoma Pinelliae and Rhizoma Zingiberis,Rhizoma Zingiberis and Ginseng,Rhizoma Zingiberis and Copt is Chinensis,Rhizoma Zingiberis and Aconite,Cassia twig and Tuckahoe,Cassia twig and Herbaceous Peony,Cassia twig and Gypsum,Tuckahoe and Atractylodes.In addition,some decoctions involving the therapeutic effect of vomiting are usually added Citrus peel and Atractylodes.Therefore,many decoctions which involving Atractylodes and Citrus peel can cure vomiting although the specific words did not appear in the original expression.It is found that the prescription of orange peel must be used with Ginger and often mixed with ginseng.For the dosage,ginger is usually used doubled than the Citrus peel or more than that.Atractylodes Poria prescription is often involved with Monkshood,Cassia twig,Ginseng,Rhizoma Zingiber is.Atractylodes has different dosage.The innovation of this research is the combination of traditional Chinese literature research method with modern science to summarize traditional Chinese medicine classics in order to sort out the narration of Zhongjing on vomiting comprehensively.The original work is displayed in a vivid and visual way for exploring the relationship between syndrome,prescription and dose-effect relationship in vomiting.It provides reference and experimental demonstration for the clinical treatment of various types of vomiting,but also for the discovery of classic knowledge of TCM using a brand new technology.
