Objective : To investigate the effect of body mass index(BMI)on pregnancy outcome in(PCOS)infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,PCOS infertile patients who received IVF and embryo transfer for the first time in our reproductive medicine center were analyzed retrospectively.they were divided into group A and group A according to the Chinese standard of BMI.Group B: normal weight;group C: overweight and obesity;the changes of hormone levels in vivo and the pregnancy outcome after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer were compared among the three groups.Results:1.The PRL of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The INB of group A was significantly higher than that of group C(P< 0.05).The results of endocrine hormone level showed that FSH in group B was significantly higher than that in group A and group C.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)(see table 2).3.The LH value of group B on HCG day was significantly different from that of group A and group C(P < 0.05)(see table 3).4.The dosage of Gn and the total days of Gn administration in group C were higher than those in group A and group B.It was statistically significant(P < 0.05)(see table 4 for the results).5.The results of the three groups showed that the ovulatory rate, the normal fertilizing rate of IVF,the normal fertilizing rate of ICSI,the rate of high quality embryo formation, the rate of blastocyst formation and the ratio of high quality blastocyst were found in the three groups. There were significant differences in fertilizing rate and high quality embryo formation rate between group C and group A and group B(see table 5).The positive rate of HCG and clinical pregnancy rate in group B were significantly higher than those in group C(P < 0.05).The significance of planning and learning(P < 0.05);The abortion rate and the incidence of ovarian hyperresponsiveness in group C were significantly higher than those in group B.Statistically significant(P < 0.05)(see table 6 for the results)Conclusion: In PCOS patients, the ovaries are more sensitive to hormones duringovulatory induction. With the increase of BMI,more Gn dosage and medication days are needed during ovulatory induction. The ovulatory rate, high quality embryo formation rate,HCG positive rate and clinical pregnancy rate of women with large BMI were lower than those of normal weight or low body weight population. With the increase of BMI,the abortion rate and the incidence of ovarian high reaction increased gradually,so this kind of patients exercised actively.Reasonable control of diet and weight, active guidance to lose weight, improve the outcome of assisted pregnancy...
