Object:To study the curative effect of compound Lactobacillus acidophilus and Saccharomvces Boulardii Sachets combined with Quadruple therapy on the curative effect of radical cure of Helicobacter pylori(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)infection.At the same time,the correlation between the two microecological agents and the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,the degree of relief of clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Methods:According to the above standards,228 patients diagnosed as chronic gastritis or peptic ulcer in the Dalian center Hospital from September 2017 to November2018 were selected as subjects,who were positive for Hp in 13 C-urea breath test.They were randomly divided into A,B,C groups.Group A was treated with pantoprazole +bismuth potassium citrate + tinidazole + clarithromycin,group B and C were treated with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablet and Saccharomvces Boulardii Sachets respectively on the basis of group A for 14 days.After treatment,all the patients in the three groups were reexamined with 13C-urea breath test after one month's withdrawal,and the eradication of Hp was counted,and the results were as follows: 1 month after withdrawal of the drug,the patients in the three groups were given 13C-urea breath test.The adverse reactions were recorded during follow-up.Comparison of the inter-grouperadication rates,differences in the occurrence of adverse responses and analysis of related factors affecting the Hp eradication rate.Results:1.General situation: There was no significant difference in the three groups of sex,age,smoking history,history of drinking and the type of disease(p>0.05).2.Hp eradication rate: After treatment,186 cases(81.58%)of Hp eradication were successfully eliminated,and 42 cases(18.42%)of Hp eradication failed.the eradication rates of group A?B?C were 41.05%,85.53% and 88.16%,respectively,with significant difference(p < 0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in group C was significantly higher than that in group A(p < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in Hp eradication rate between group B and group C.3.Incidence of adverse reactions:After 14 days of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in group A,B and C was 22.37%,5.26% and 6.58%,respectively,with significant difference(p < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B and C was significantly higher than that in group A(p < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between group B and group C(p >0.05).4.Univariate analysis of Hp eradication rate: The history of smoking and the type of disease had significant effects on the eradication rate of Hp,bu t there was no significant difference in the history of drinking alcohol between s ex and age(p > 0.05).5.Logistics regression analysis of Hp eradication: Smokin g(OR:0.221,95%CI:0.074-0.665,p<0.05)and peptic ulcer(OR:0.051,95%CI:1.459-11.839,p<0.05)were factors affecting Hp eradication rate.Conclusion:1.Combined quadruple therapy with Microecological Preparation can improve the eradication rate of Hp.2.Microecological preparation combined with bismuth quadruple therapy can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in Hp eradication therapy.3.There was no significant difference in the eradication rate of Hp and the incidence of adverse reactions between Lactobacillus acidophilus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.4.Smoking history and disease type had an effect on Hperadication rate.Sex,age and drinking history had no significant correlation with Hp eradication results.Smoking and peptic ulcer were factors affecting Hp eradication rate.
